Apartment in suggestive style located on the second and top floor with private entrance. The apartment was obtained from the attic of an ancient house in the beautiful medieval hamlet Orciatico, about 200 residents. The village is located in Volterra hills, in the middle of a territory that includes the most important art cities of Tuscany such as Volterra 17 Km, San Giminiano 34 Km, Pisa 54 Km, Lucca 65 km, Siena 73 km, Florence 83 km; and it is not far from the sea, Cecina 45 Km.

It's surrounded by vast woods which are ideal for extended walks and excursions in the uncontaminated nature, dotted with vestige of the past. In the village there is a grocery store and a bar. All shops and restaurants are in Lajatico, 7 km, and some larger markets are ten minutes drive.

The apartment (48 square meters), renovated in 2005, respects the original structures (terracotta floors, ceilings with wooden beams) and is comfortably furnished in a rustic style. It includes a double bedroom, a living room with fireplace and sofa bed for two people, a kitchen, a bathroom and a covered terrace (6 square meters). Parking place just 30 meters away from the apartment. Satellite TV and WiFi
