Location was great, just outside the hustle and bustle but still close to the middle of town. The owners are absolutely wonderful people. Kind, generous and incredibly helpful during our whole stay. Was a privilege to stay at their place!

The location is near to the road and neighboring stalls where we can buy food. The manager/owner super accommodating and always ready to help. The bed is big and the room is big for the four of us. Travelling to the center is accessible via bike and car

Because our room was not available as the owner made a mistake in reservations, he gave us an incredibly good price for our stay - 300.000 VND for 2 nights including motorbike and gas, and when we wanted to extend by one night he charged us 200.000 VND still including motorbike and gas. The owner did not speak a word of English so communication was a bit tricky but we managed, and he was so nice and touching. He also gave us free water during all of our stay, which was super nice. The place is on a busy-ish street in the mountains but outside of the main town so it's still quiet enough, but you'll need a motorbike to get around (the owner has a lot of them for rent for very cheap and sometimes even gives it for free).

We booked a room with a view because we wanted to be able to see something nice from the room, and when we checked in the owner said he made a mistake and asked us if we could stay in another room, which we were very bummed about as we had been looking forward to our view, but he felt so bad and really wanted us to stay so he made a great discount in order to get us to stay, which we had to accept. Only Vietnamese people seem to stay at this place, which makes sense as the owner does not speak a word of English so communication was quite complicated. Cleanliness in the room was quite bad to be honest - the only reason we stayed is because the owner gave us such a cheap offer because our original room was not available. Even if it's cheap on booking, we think it'd be too expensive for what it is. There was hair on the floor in the room and bathroom, a couple of trash under the bed, a lot of dust, no hand soap in the bathroom, and the beds were not only poorly made but also did not smell like it has just been cleaned (it did not smell used either, it was neutral, but I had doubts). Also remember to bring earplugs, there are roosters around early in the morning!
