Beach Front 1st floor with Amazing Views
Questa splendida unità Harbour Arms si trova di fronte all'oceano, al primo piano, e ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia dall'ampio balcone privato. Goditi le enormi viste sull'oceano dal soggiorno, dalla sala da pranzo e dalla cucina, nonché le viste sull'oceano dalla camera da letto principale. Il tuo posto auto assegnato è a pochi passi dalla porta di casa e ci sono altri 4 posti auto non assegnati, primo arrivato, primo servito in questo complesso di 10 unità. Harbour Arms è un complesso ampio e alto solo due piani che offre ai suoi inquilini una lunga spiaggia di zucchero bianco. È davvero un posto dove la tua famiglia vorrà tornare anno dopo anno.
Ci sono molti splendidi aggiornamenti in questa casa che sono stati fatti di recente, dandogli la reputazione dell'unità più bella del complesso. La cucina è ben fornita ed è stata completamente rifatta dal pavimento al soffitto con mobili di fascia alta e granito. Tutti e 3 i bagni sono stati completamente ristrutturati per avere cabine doccia e nuovi armadi e lavandini. Molti bellissimi dettagli in questa unità che ti danno quella calda sensazione di casa.

Le famiglie con ospiti di età inferiore a 25 anni sono le benvenute, purché siano presenti due adulti di età pari o superiore a 25 anni. Such a beautiful unit. Very clean and beach accessible. Our family of 4 was able to spread out easily in this 3 bedroom 3 full bath unit. Up to date appliances and did I mention the convenience of beach access just steps away. We will stay again!

First I have to say Todd the manager was great! I can't say enough about him. I give him 5 + stars. He was very responsive to our needs. Unfortunately the property was filthy when we got there. Todd sent someone the next day to clean what we requested and brought cleaning supplies. The condo is jammed full of "clutter." There was too much unnecessary furniture and breakable "decor." We had to put a lot of things up since we had little ones. Parking was a big issue. Only 1 assigned parking spot and 3 unassigned for the complex. Since most people staying in this small complex seemed to have more than one car this was a big problem. We lucked into one of the open unassigned spots for our second car so we didn't dare move it until we checked out. We had others parking in our assigned space and had to go knocking on doors to find owners to move them so we could park. The beach was great. It was nice being on the ground floor with easy access to the beach off the back deck. It was great having a hose at the stairway to rinse off sandy feet coming back to the condo. Unfortunately we didn't explore the area much due to COVID 19 and couldn't leave as a group since we didn't want to loose the parking spot for our second car. We pretty much stayed at the condo only sending out the guys to pick up take out and to the grocery store. We really enjoyed the beach there but we will not stay here again due to the parking and the clutter in this condo. Its a shame since the beach location is so nice with no other large complexes around. If they could remedy the parking problem, get rid of all the extra unnecessary furniture, knick knacks and breakable things and have it cleaned properly, we would be back. Again, Todd the property manager was amazing but the owners definitely need to declutter, finish the painting, remove rugs, get a new vacuum that doesn't blow out sand and smell like dog, and give this place a little more attention.
