Newly constructed town home ideal for beach stay
Questo sviluppo di case di città è situato sull'isola con un facile accesso da e verso l'isola e molti servizi dell'isola. I negozi di alimentari e molti negozi si trovano a mezzo miglio.
La casa di città è la definizione del classico stile balneare. I dettagli costieri includono pavimenti in legno, uno schema di colori classico e rilassante con arredi confortevoli. Il corridoio d'ingresso frontale offre un bagno per comodità e due armadi per appendere oggetti o dare il via a scarpe sabbiose. Il livello principale ha uno spazio di vita e cucina aperto e un tavolo da pranzo per ospitare 6. La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, molto spazio sul bancone e un bellissimo lavandino profondo, che rende piacevole la cottura. Un piccolo patio è accessibile dal soggiorno con un po 'di spazio "verde".
Il secondo livello dispone di una master suite con letto king size e piccolo armadio per riporre, nonché una cabina armadio completa con molto spazio per appendere e pavimento. Il bagno principale dispone di una spaziosa zona lavandino per lui e per lei, vasca da bagno profonda, doccia e zona bagno separata con una porta per la privacy. Sullo stesso livello ci sono altre due camere da letto e un bagno completo. Per comodità, anche la lavatrice / asciugatrice è a questo livello.
Apprezzerai anche il patio esterno e le splendide notti estive dell'isola che si affacciano su una lussureggiante vegetazione.

Nice, clean, well kept condo! All bedrooms upstairs, AC was questionable upstairs. We had to keep the living room freezing to keep the upstairs partially cool. Other than the AC, we enjoyed the stay and we would stay there again.

We had a great vacation! Under 10 minutes (closer to 5 in most cases) from shopping, restaurants, playgrounds, and the beach. We recommend the coast guard station public beach access point...ample parking and good restroom facilities.
Townhouse Experience:
Excellent size townhouse, roomy and comfortable for our family of four. Plenty of dishes and cookware in the kitchen. Coffeemaker is a Keurig. Master bathtub is ample in size. Tons of closet space throughout with plenty of hangers. Living room was nice and roomy with plenty of space for kids to play with toys on the floor. A dresser would have been nice in the bedroom with two twin beds, but we just had that kid share the with sibling in the queen bedroom. Lots of towels available. Some misc. beach gear and rec equipment, but you will need your own beach chairs/tent/wagon. One bike in garage. The downstairs TV was a little on the fritz...the screen had a bluish cast and we weren't able to adjust the color to correct it. The Master bedroom TV was in perfect working order. We realized on our second night the AC was not working and followed directions to leave a message for after hours support. We didn't get a call that night, but got a call when the office opened in the AM that someone would be out to fix it that day. We went iin a dolphin tour and out for lunch and it was repaired by the time we returned. We visited the pool. It was nice for a quick swim, but is not a very large pool for kids to play and splash in, especially when other adults are lounging at the pool.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Townhouse and Saint Simons Island. We look forward to a return trip!

My family & I had a great time and was very satisfied with how clean the property was upon arrival. We would definitely recommend this property to others 🙂

The apartment sleeps 6... one king bed, one queen bed and two double beds, which was great. The place was clean. What irritated us was the lack of furniture, especially in the living room. Granted, the living room wasn't that large, but there was seating for only 4 people... a three seater couch and a single rocker. I think it's ironic to advertise a living space for 6 adults and only provide seating for 4 adults. The only other thing was the lack of household supplies that most hosts provide. we were told to bring our own this and that, not getting into specifics. I do think that the offer for the beach gear was very nice, but I'm 80 and the wife is just a few years behind me. We don't get into the water, etc., anymore. What could have been nice would be an offer for extra folding chairs for the living room. I believe the host should really consider replanning the seating in the living room. If you have 6 adults show up, it would make sense to have seating for the same number. Just food for thought.
