Great spot for a sunny, hassle free vacation. Clean, safe close to the beach.
Ottimo posto per un soggiorno senza problemi soleggiato. Sicuro, abbastanza area. Belle dimensioni 2 camere da letto e un bagno. Camera da letto ha un comodo letto matrimoniale, camera da letto 2 offre un comodo letto matrimoniale con un piccolo divano letto. La cucina ha piani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Un sacco di parcheggio per 4+ auto. C'è un piccolo cortile laterale e una sala schermo. Internet ad alta velocità e cavo Xfinity con TV a schermo piatto da 42 pollici. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Deerfield e ad un isolato da tonnellate di ristoranti e bar.

We had a great time at this air b n b. It was clean, the location was great, walking distance to the beach , restaurants and grocery store. We ll be back!

The house is in a perfect location for an extended stay. We were in Deerfield for 3 weeks, with great restaurants, the beach and a Publix within walking distance.
We brought our tandem bicycle, which was easy to store in one of the bedrooms. The area was great for riding. Plenty of residential streets with minimal traffic to get a 20 mile ride in.
The bedrooms and other spaces are all large and comfortable. Hot water was great and plentiful.
The owner was extremely responsive. When we discovered a leak under the bathroom sink, he was there the next morning to install a new faucet.
We already rebooked this property for 3 weeks next year.

Wonderful little spot in walking distance to shops, bars, beach and grocery. Host was extremely accommodating and took care of everything we needed. A/C unit was very loud in the common space but otherwise a great stay! Will look forward to staying here on our next trip!
