Lage direkt neben der U-Bahn, Auto die ganze Zeit im Parkhaus geparkt und nur mit U-Bahn und S-Bahn gefahren, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in Wien sind einfach zu benutzen und sehr zu empfehlen. Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, sehr ruhig gelegen, die Wohnung selbst war gut ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich.

THE APARTMENT IS PERFECT, NEW, BIG, FULLY EQUIPPED, CLEAN, SILENT, FEW MINS BY THE U STOP. THE NEIGHBORHOOD ARE TOTALLY SERVED, WITH RESTAURANTS, SHOPS, ALL YOU CAN NEED. TOTALLY ADVISED.

I booked this flat for my family while I was moving to Vienna. Check in was very easy, we received also the card to park our car. The flat is simply stunning, clean and with all comforts and furniture. The toilet is separated from the shower and there are two beautiful bedrooms, together with a furnished kitchen. In the surrounding area it's plenty of stores. It's perfect also to visit the city using public transport. 100% satisfied!

The welcome was right on time when we arrived. The apartment was in excellent condition! We were provided with a parking space right next to the apartment! The location of the apartment is excellent - you can take the metro to the center in 15 minutes! Very kind and responsive host!

Nearby there is free parking and paid parking at a price of 3 euro per day (very cheap for Vienna). Shopping centers, supermarkets all close by. Clean apartment, equipped kitchen.

Street parking is free but it's very difficult to find a spot. The nearby park and ride carpark is not free (but reasonably priced with around 3€ per day).

The location is fantastic and very practical.
The shops are literally under the apartment.
The garage in the shopping mall is connected with the elevator from inside of the building.
The view from the balcony is great as you oversee the inside park.
Over all great stay.
