Property is really nice with comfortable stay

This is a small boutique hotel with a good view of the lake from the higher floors. The rooms are nice, spacious and well appointed. It features two restaurants - one is a rooftop without AC and the other is with the AC (it was under renovation when we visited). The rooftop overlooks the lake which is very nice. Lanka who took care of our rooms was very responsive.
The response of the staff at the Rooftop was wanting. The serving staff except for one lady were very untrained and the supervisor was very brash. We had 4 meals including breakfasts. The rating I would give is 3/5 for the service and the breakfast layout where generally every food item was cold without and heating arrangement. The car parking is an open unused plot and open to dust.

Super comfortable stay, but what stood out is how tastefully done it is. From the color palette, to the decor, lighting, and furniture everything seems to have been given thought and enhances the overall experience. And the staff is so warm and sweet, they were kind enough to send us breakfast in the room when we felt unwell one of the days. Would definitely come back again and recommend to f&f.

The property was modern. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Staff at the Sierra were very friendly and happy to help. The views from the roof terrace were nice.
Extremely noises at night during ‘live music’ events. The very popular roof Terrace effectively became a nightclub with loud booming music clearly audible in the hotel floors below. Not only did the music go on till the early hours of the morning, this was then followed by further disruptions as people from the roof terrace made their way down the stairwells banging on our room door and pressing the bell.
