Novità nel mercato delle case vacanza! Situato sull'esclusiva Flamingo Island, questo rifugio sarà sicuramente il luogo della vacanza preferita delle tue famiglie MAI !! Questo non è il tipico condominio per biscotti o una casa vacanza, in realtà è la nostra casa per gran parte dell'anno. Siamo entusiasti di condividerlo con la tua famiglia! Se il tuo gruppo vuole pescare, nuotare, immergersi, fare snorkeling o semplicemente rilassarsi nel tiki con una margarita, abbiamo coperto.

-HUGE grande sala / cucina e soggiorno con proiettore a parete piena per la notte di film di famiglia o il giorno del gioco!
- area piscina molto privata (riscaldata senza alcun costo aggiuntivo) con grande tiki con bar, frigorifero / lavandino e area relax. Abbiamo ospitato 2 matrimoni qui con oltre 70 ospiti.
- Al piano inferiore è completamente accessibile ai disabili con porta d'ingresso scorrevole direttamente dal vialetto. Si compone di 3 camere da letto (tra cui un master w / en-suite con vasca idromassaggio per 2 persone), 2 bagni completi e cucina completamente attrezzata.
- Al piano superiore si trova una grande cucina / soggiorno / sala da pranzo aperta incredibilmente attrezzata che si apre su un enorme portico schermato.
- Ho quasi tutte le dispense e gli oggetti divertenti che ti vengono in mente, e sei il benvenuto per usarli!

The home was inviting and a perfect oasis for our friends and family. The owner, Kari, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the island and local events taking place during our stay! I give this home my highest recommendation and definitely plan to return.

Kari was so easy to communicate with . She knows the area and has ideas on everything there is to do and fun and unique places to eat at . Our family has been coming to the keys for several years now . This house has it all, it’s very quiet here , all the amenities are top notch. Beds were super comfy, lots of space for the family to spread out. Every kitchen tool you would need if you decided to make a gourmet meal, or something easy and just spend a day or two hanging out at the wonderful pool area . Look no further , book this property before someone grabs it , you won’t be disappointed. This is the only place we will book in the years to come . J.O. And family

We had 3 families stay for the week and everything was absolutely perfect! Kari was more than helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations on things to do and where to eat! We will definitely be back!! 😊

The most welcoming host we have ever had! Property was beautiful and had a great location (Walgreens and grocery store was a 1 mile walk). Plenty of room for everyone to spread out but still enjoyed family dinners together in the kitchen. Pool, hot tub, and tiki bar brought everyone together!
Would highly recommend!

The house was great, big kitchen and comfortable beds. The downstairs rooms were perfect for the grandkids own space. Pool and Tiki bar were the best. Kari was very quick to respond to our needs. Great host!

Kari was an amazing host right from the onset. Our group traveled to her home for a friends 40th birthday. The birthday girls mom called ahead of time to have some goodies delivered and Kari made sure to have everything set up for us. She was very reponsive and helpful to any messages we sent. The house was fully stocked with everything we need! We highly recommend! Thank you Kari!

AMAZING HOST!!
Kari was an amazing host right from the onset. Our group traveled to her home for a friends 40th birthday. The birthday girls mom called ahead of time to have some goodies delivered and Kari made sure to have everything set up for us. She was very reponsive and helpful to any messages we sent. The house was fully stocked with everything we need! We highly recommend! Thank you Kari!

Was the perfect house for us. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fishing off the dock. We spent most of everyday under the tiki hut. We loved being able to play music, sit around the bar with the fans on and to jump in the pool when we got hot. The house was very well equipped and comfortable. I don’t know how they do it, but there was always hot water and a lot of pressure This was truly a vacation to remember.

Great place for family vacation!
Was the perfect house for us. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fishing off the dock. We spent most of everyday under the tiki hut. We loved being able to play music, sit around the bar with the fans on and to jump in the pool when we got hot. The house was very well equipped and comfortable. I don’t know how they do it, but there was always hot water and a lot of pressure This was truly a vacation to remember.

Kari was a fantastic host! Have spit on local tips and responded to every request and question almost immediately! We had 9 adult family members and the house layout and pool setting was so relaxing! Wonderful neighborhood to walk around and fun to kayak and SUP from the floating dock. Would totally stay here again!!!??

The house was well stocked and clean. We especially loved the dock and the pool with active kids. Marathon is a great location — tons of things to do in marathon, but not far from key west or islamorada. We had a lovely time and would definitely come back. Just an FYI if you have very small children — the first floor is not connected to the second on the inside. The stairs are on the outside of the home. Easily accessible and shouldn’t be an issue unless you have small children.
On a side note — The owners are very communicative and helpful. We had an issue with our stay (not the fault of the owners — sometimes things just happen) and the owners were great in taking care of the situation in the best possible way!

The house was amazing! We had a group of 9 and it felt spacious. The house had everything we needed and then some for large group dinners and relaxing. From pictures of the pool/tiki people thought we were at a resort not a private house! We had our boat and the dock was great and just a few minutes up the canal to the ocean. We also were able to ride our bikes up for dinner at a few restaurants close by and over to Sombrero Beach. Overall it was a great experience!

We absolutely LOVED our time at Kari’s place for our week long vacation to the Keys. It was everything we needed and more!! The outside pool and tiki bar area were spectacular, private and our kids couldn’t get enough of the cool pool. Marathon is a perfect place to call home for a week when exploring the keys!
We trailered a boat down and the dock area was perfect for our 30ft boat with room to spare! It was a short ride out of the canals and just absolutely beautiful. We rode over to Sombrero Reef for some snorkeling which was AMAZING!
Kari was extremely responsive and the best host we have ever rented with. Any questions were answered very quickly and when the pool looked cloudy a few days into our stay she had someone come out and take a look - such great service! We are already planning our trip back here next summer!!

The owner went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of and that we enjoyed our vacation. The house had plenty of room for the ten of us and we thoroughly enjoyed all it had to offer. We absolutely LOVED our time at Kari’s place for our week long vacation to the Keys. It was everything we needed and more!! They had water, cutting board and 50 amp shore power connection for the boat with a nice wide canal and no bridges! Pretty fast to the Atlantic for fishing as well. We also brought two cars and the driveway was large enough for more. The pool, hot tub and tiki was very nice, secluded and relaxing to use after a day boating and the amount of rooms was great for 4 couples! Kitchen was loaded with the essentials and large area to entertain and cook. Located near Sombrero Beach which was a fun bicycle ride down. Any issues we had Kari was fast to respond and fix!

The outdoor space with the pool and hot tub and tiki bar and TV and sound system is amazing. This was just a perfect place for our group. Kitchen has everything, the TV in the great room is only about 20 feet across. you want to go to this place.
