It was close to the airport. great security guard and easy checkin. the hotel staff had zalo and answered me directly. Good people and nice clean room.

It was hard for Grab cars to find.

I did not like the fact there was no proper iron and iron board… there did provide us an iron but decent iron board to press clothes on… plus the 5th floors room struggles for wifi

The location was excellent. Just a short walk to the main road where anything and everything was available. I ate at a fantastic Vegan restaurant nearby called Mam, and found a liquor store "Ruou Tot" which sold my favourite red Sangiovese at an amazingly low price. The residence was neat and the staff - especially Nhi, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The cupboards and fridge were clean and there were sufficient appliances/cutlery/crockery plus dishwashing soap. A large bottle of water was provided which I thought was a fantastic idea! Better than small ones - less pollution.

The room was a bit dingy - and the bedside lamp was busy dying. The bed was hard as a rock, but the linen was clean. There was no chair for me to work on my pc, but luckily Nhi the receptionist found one for me. There was a distinct musty smell throughout the apartment and especially in the bedroom. It only abated after 2 days of keeping the doors open. The bed base needs a very thorough cleaning. I could see months of muck collecting in the crevasses! The last night (Saturday 12th September) was really bad. Some people were having a very loud party until 4am in the morning and I could hear everything through my bedroom wall. When I left for the airport at 04.30am they were still talking loudly and smoking on the balcony. The venue did nothing to remedy the situation.
