Questa casa in affitto si trova a circa 7 miglia dal Bay Street Waterfront Park e dal porto turistico e tra Charleston e Savannah. Recentemente arredato e disponibile per il noleggio per la prima volta nel 2020, questa casa ranch a un piano ha un aspetto elegante con soffitti alti, pavimenti in legno, planimetrie aperte. The home is great for a large family and comfortable. There were 10 us at the house. Travelers do not have control over the thermostat and must text the owners if you want it adjusted. The heat and humidity were significant while we were there which is why central AC was important to us and we had to keep asking the owners to turn it down and keep it at 68 as we weren't comfortable at night. Once that was done, all was well in that area. We two of the shower faucet handles were not attached and came off easily. We were able to make it work and saw that a replacement kit was on the kitchen counter and just hadn't been installed in one of them. We discovered mouse droppings in the cabinet under the kitchen sink where mice had enjoyed snacking on the spare sponges. We ran out of toilet paper quickly and there was only one backup roll. Additionally, there were only two bath towels per room (12 towels) which wasn't enough for 10 people, most of whom were women. There was also no dishwasher detergent so we bought our own. The owners did also drop some off. Overall, the house is great and comfortable. We were there for my son's graduation from Parris Island boot camp so it was a great place for our large family to stay during this time. A couple of tweaks to make sure there are enough supplies and some minor maintenance were all that was needed. Would stay there again!

My family of 16 and I was here for a wedding. The accommodation was great. The communication with the host was great.

The home and location were beautiful. There was a small electrical problem in the kitchen and the owner had that taken care of by the end of the day. There were no where near enough towels for the amount of people allowed to stay there but we were able to do laundry on site. The main problem was that it is advertised as having 4 queen sized beds. There is not even one queen sized bed. They are actually full sized. That was a big problem considering we had 2 adults sleeping in each of those. The main reason we chose this home was because of the bed configuration. I saw someone say the same thing in a recent review but just thought they were mistaken. They were not. Other than that, and not being able to control the thermostat, everything else was good.
