La posizione dell'appartamento e la grandezza dello stesso.

I letti aggiuntivi, troppo piccoli, eravamo quattro adulti e oltre il letto matrimoniale c'erano due divano letto davvero piccoli ma soprattutto scomodissimi.

Posizione eccezionale , organizzazione favolosa , pulizia eccellente !! Hanno anche un locale in convenzione dove poter lasciare le valigie , utilissimo

Loved the area

The bathtub was fully functional as the water stopper was broken.

Great location and flexible check-in. Very conveniently located for sightseeing to many of Prague’s main attractions. We also appreciated the key box, which made the check-in very flexible and convenient, especially when arriving at a later time.

The information regarding parking on Booking.com was unfortunately misleading. In the “Questions & Answers” section, it stated that guests could receive a parking permit for the blue zone in Prague 1. This information was an important factor in our decision to book this accommodation. However, after making the reservation, we were informed that this option had not been available for the past two years. We therefore had to find alternative parking outside the area. Our apartment was on the ground floor and unfortunately very noisy. There are signs on the walls saying things like “Silence is golden”, but unfortunately this was not reflected in practice. Other guests were dragging their suitcases down the stairs – incredibly loudly – and repeatedly letting doors slam. The door closer, which should ensure that the door closes quietly and automatically, was clearly not working properly. In morning hours, a rubbish bin was apparently being pushed through the stairwell, presumably by staff, without any attempt to do so quietly. The door was also slammed again. There seemed to be very little consideration for guests who might still be sleeping. The water temperature in the bathroom constantly fluctuated from ice cold to extremely hot, which made showering rather uncomfortable and sometimes even unpleasant. The Wi-Fi connection was also poor, which is difficult to understand nowadays.
