Had a great weekend. Lovely beach close by. Very nice accommodation and location. Swimming pool, playground, and pub, restaurant close by.

It was clean and well furnished

We had a wonderfully time here with children and friends . Everything you need is in this caravan. No need to bring cleaning stuff or bedding which was a great bonus . Check in / registration was very fast and easy and the host was lovely to deal. Really made you feel like you could contact him for anything

It was further from the beach then the listing stated and the single beds you could feel the springs in them but the owner said he would look into that

The location was okay. It was quiet and there was a lovely fish and chips shop with big portions.

It was all okay, the caravan was nicely presented and clean with lots of thought about what would be handy. Thank you.

Very clear instructions about where to find the caravan and how to get the keys. Clean place and great welcome pack on arrival with tea and milk 😊

I stayed at the caravan with my wife and 16 month old son. We only used 1 of the 3 rooms so it was plenty of space for us. The caravan was well equipped with everything we needed and was very clean. Everything worked fine from the boiler to the oven, tv etc. The owners left us a nice welcome pack and all the instructions and info we needed were readily accessible. The location of the caravan is on a quiet street and just a short work to where the entertainment area was. We had such a good time that we booked our next stay already. I would recommend booking privately at these caravan parks. If you ready the reviews from people who book direct with the park, they often get dirty, smelly caravans. With this one you can't go wrong.

The hosts and caravan was perfect! The park however...being the first weekend to reopen for the park after the Christmas bread was a bit chaotic with things not working, running out etc. So while the accommodation is perfect, the experience of the park itself isn't guaranteed to be so.

Very cosy and clean property has everything you need . Hassle free check in. Park has excellent facilities will definitely come again.

The caravan is so clean and the welcome pack was really handy. Location on the site is perfect and a short walk from the beach. Very well equipped, there was notho g that we needed that wasn't provided - all in all a great place to stay in Camber

Single beds not really suitable for gangly teenagers, but that's not the fault of the owners - if we go again, we would use the sofa bed as an alternative.

Good location & plenty activities on site (additional charge). Close to beach, lake nearby to go paddle boarding/kayaking etc & the town of Rye close by which is lovely to walk around. The facilities of the park were a lot nicer/cleaner than other parks we’ve visited.

We liked the property however, We thought £25pp to access show bar, arcades & pool was excessive , if you hadn’t prebooked swimming you had to queue and wait about 30min to get in if there was space, the swimming was booked up until Sept when we arrived. We arrived late so It would have been nice for beds to be made up ready for our arrival & an outside seating area would also be great 👍🏻 Quite a few things in the caravan need fixing/TLC however this didn’t spoil our holiday. Advice to others: book activities well in advance, take toilet rolls, bin bags etc as the prices on the park are really expensive.

Small but perfectly formed - having never stayed in a caravan before I didn’t know what to expect and I was really surprised how comfortable it was. The welcome pack provided was unexpected and really nice to receive.

My only negative is that I had to put the travel cot up and find a place for it myself, which was tricky as there’s limited space, but we managed it.

It was like home from home. Lovely fresh bedding and towels. No musty smells you would usually associate with a caravan. Just lovely and so were our hosts.

The only small criticism would be the springs in the single beds

Only the bedroom curtains were too light. We were waking up around 6 as it was so bright. Sadly the fridge freezer was a temporary one but the freezer on the installed one did work. There were only two of us so it was fine but for a family of 6 far too small.... The caravan was beautifully fitted,
