Eni is a one-bed studio that has all the features necessary for a safe, clean and affordable stay. Maria was very friendly, helpful and I could tell she takes care of every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. Eni has been a good discovery and I will certainly be back.

The host welcomed me and briefly explained what was in the apartment. There was actual human interaction, and she also helped me with the ironing machine.Great location, roughly a 25-minute walk from the main square of Zagreb, in a calmer area that has its own beautiful and charming restaurants and bars. The host was amazing. she knew I was arriving with a car and warned me about parking in the morning (she seems quite experienced in renting and very helpful). In a world where traveling solo seems like a sin, the apartment I booked there was perfect for a solo traveler, compact but with every single thing you might need.

The apartment is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming.

I would like to preface this by saying that my intention is purely to provide constructive feedback to help improve the experience for future guests, and I truly hope it is taken in that spirit rather than as a criticism. Here are a few areas where I believe some adjustments could be made: Attention to detail in cleaning: Although the bathroom was perfectly clean, the rest of the room lacked attention to detail. The baseboards, electrical sockets, nightstand, and table lamp were quite dusty and needed a more thorough wipe-down. Odor management and layout: The apartment consists of only two rooms in total. Unfortunately, the other room features a kitchen, and during my stay, the other guests cooked food with very strong odors that made their way completely into my room. This caused quite a bit of discomfort, forcing me to open the windows, turn on the bathroom exhaust fan, and run the air conditioning all at once just to clear the air. Mold issues: Tied to the previous point, using the AC was far from ideal because there is mold both in the corners of the window and inside the air conditioning unit itself. Since mold can pose a health hazard, this is an issue that really needs to be addressed and treated properly with urgency. Garden and windows: My room overlooked a private garden full of insects. Installing a mosquito net on the window would be the perfect solution! Courtesy kit: Especially for stays longer than one or two nights, it would be much more practical and eco-friendly to replace the single-use soap and shampoo sachets with refillable dispensers. Overall, the property has great potential and the hospitality is wonderful; with these small improvements, it would be absolutely perfect.
