Scappa nella tua casa in stile key west e goditi il lussureggiante fogliame tropicale, le strade conchiglie e l'accesso alla spiaggia privata alla nostra tranquilla spiaggia per animali domestici! La casa offre 4 camere da letto di cui 1 matrimoniale, 2 matrimoniali e 2 letti singoli. 3 bagni completi. Cucine completamente attrezzate sia al primo che al secondo piano con tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno e altro ancora. Il primo e il secondo piano sono completamente separati e accessibili solo dall'esterno. Il primo piano ha 1 letto e 1 bagno, lavanderia, soggiorno con cucina abitabile. Il secondo piano ha 3 letti, 2 bagni e piano piano aperto. Grande terrazza al secondo piano circondata da lussureggiante vegetazione tropicale matura. Ottima casa per ospitare due o più famiglie. Completamente attrezzato con tutto il necessario per i bambini di qualsiasi età. Pack-and-play, sedia altezza, seggiolino, vasca per bambini, giochi e giocattoli per ogni età, sesso e altro. Tutti i tipi di accessori da spiaggia in loco tra cui sedie, ombrellone, asciugamani, giochi da spiaggia, canne da pesca e attrezzi, tonnellate di giochi da spiaggia per bambini, tavole da surf, tavole paludose. Se non trovi quello che ti serve, basta chiedere. Nelle rare notti fredde, goditi la seduta accanto alla buca per il fuoco. Spazio per quattro veicoli davanti con più spazio sul vialetto laterale. Tanto spazio per la tua barca o camper. Il servizio settimanale di manutenzione e paesaggio per garantire la proprietà sarà sempre in ottime condizioni.

Property was very pet friendly. We stayed with our two labs who loved the pet friendly beach across the street. Cleaning crew is great and the place looked wonderful when we arrived. This is beyond the owner’s control but there are some dogs next door that bark all the time. It made us not want to be outside as much as we would normally be. Fire pit and golf putting green were nice touches.

I stayed here with my family for a week in November. The house was big enough for 7 of us to stay comfortably. We liked the downstairs suite with a bedroom, a bathroom, a small living room, and small kitchen; the entrance is downstairs for this suite. The upstairs has its own entrance, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is en-suite to a bedroom), a living room, and a very well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen appliances seemed new. We had local family members come over many times and were able to seat 11 people outside for meals. The seating for meals inside the house is limited to 5 people upstairs. The outside space is lush and had a putt-putt golf area. The beach is within a 5-10 minute walk across a major road, which was busy during commuter traffic times, but easy to cross at all other times. They supplied beach equipment and towels as well. We had some internet challenges, and the owners worked with us to get those repaired. They were quite responsive, even though it was a holiday week. The area was safe, and there are some trails for walking or biking nearby. I highly recommend it.

John and Trish’s house was beautiful and perfect for our family trip over the 4th of July. The house is exactly like the pictures and everything was perfect for our needs. We had 5 adults and we had an extra room. So much space and perfect for hanging out and cooking in the amazing kitchen. The beach is a quick and easy jaunt of a couple of blocks from the house. John and Trish were fantastic and super responsive, we couldn’t have asked for better. Will definitely be staying again!

Owner was very helpful and responsive. I love the location in a naturalized, tropical Florida neighborhood that is hard to find. The proximity to a beautiful uncrowded beach was wonderful. It has a great kitchen with lots of natural light and a lovely deck that makes you feel like you're in a treehouse. After that things fall off a bit. Several things were broken (fan in bedroom, towel rack, light in shower, closet doors). The downstairs property is dark and a little musty. But overall a nice experience.
