We stayed at this property this weekend and it was a very cute house. The only thing we would change is the location of the house itself! Nice other than that!!

Comfy place to stay. Easy access to where we were going. Neighborhood a little questionable. But no issues.

This house worked so well for the four of us who stayed there during a convention we were attending downtown.
The house was very clean and had everything we needed.
The hosts were responsive and not all intrusive.
I was a little concerned about the neighborhood yet never felt uncomfortable.
Overall, this was a wonderful experience!

Fantastic place to stay coming into the state for the night. Very clean, cozy, and organized. The extra bedroom space was perfect for the number of guests we had. Would highly recommend.

The house is fantastic! Very close to lots of experiences, the beds were comfortable and even though the alleyway can look sketchy, we had zero issues or safety concerns. Highly recommend!

Nice, clean house for short stay.
Stayed overnight with family. Inside of house was as listed. Very clean. Location is a little bit sketchy but we did not experience any problems and they do have outside cameras on sight so made us feel a bit safer. Worked well for very short overnight stay.

My friends and I stayed the weekend for a concert Parristown Hall. The location cannot be beat. If it had been warmer we would have walked to the venue. Literally everything we wanted to do, we looked it up and it was 3-5 minutes away. Nice and clean, comfortable beds, host was very responsive with any questions. The neighborhood looks a bit sketchy but I didn't feel unsafe. You can tell it's up and coming. Living in Indianapolis, we hit Louisville for shows on a regular basis. I'll definitely come back to this spot in the future.

The listing says it sleeps 8. We had 8 grown men staying 3 of them backed out at the last min which was good bc 2 bedrooms only have 1 queen bed and the other room had 2 small single beds. One person slept on the couch and there was an airmatress. The unfinished basement could have been another room to comfortably sleep 8. Unless you have 2 couples staying in the queen beds and 2 small children. Someone will still have to sleep on the couch and use and air mattress to sleep 8.

We are so happy with our stay at Phoenix Hill. The house is super cute and nice! It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The area was nice. However it was snowing when we were there so we didn’t get to explore the area around the house much. We felt very safe and really enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this house and if we’re ever back in the area will definitely stay again!

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay in this well-stocked easily accessed house. Its proximity to all our activities and interesting neighborhoods was great. It is in an urban setting still in transition so while we appreciated its unique aesthetic, it does require some caution at times.
