Pros: Beautiful property, ideally situated. The property owner was terrific to work with and easily reached. The property was very spacious and lovely. Well equipped kitchen (according to my wife who loves to cook), beautiful common areas. Lovely heated pool. Really a terrific property and one of the two best that we have rented over the years. We were only a minute or two from the boat launch at Eldred's marina which we preferred over the state launch next door (less busy) Cons: Really no cons, these are just FYI observations to help future guests. You are on the water at the end of a canal which was quite nice and scenic but it is at the very end if you desire to get out to the open waters. At the time of our visit there was no dock. If there was a dock (I believe there will be in future), you would be about 10 minutes from open water down Coral Creek I'm estimating which is not bad. The house is really set up for the owners use and comfort (which is a good thing). However, if there will be youngsters in your party you may need to go through and do some childproofing to avoid any damage to the property and be careful with their furniture as it is light-colored. Definitely 5 stars all around in our opinions. All of our guests loved it. If it were available in the future, we would return without hesitation.
