La nostra casa di 4.700 mq ha appena attraversato un processo di ristrutturazione completo in cui tutto è nuovo di zecca con un design fantastico e piacevole. Volevamo elevare questa proprietà storica e iconica all'eleganza e al luogo che merita di offrire ai nostri ospiti un soggiorno da sogno. La proprietà si trova sulla punta di una penisola da cui è possibile godere di una vista a 270 gradi sulla spiaggia di Brasilito, Conchal e Flamingo. Inoltre puoi camminare al piano di sotto e sentire la sabbia di Playa Flamingo. È una casa ideale in affitto da 1 a 3 famiglie o 3-4 coppie. Dispone di 4 camere da letto ciascuna con bagno completo e c'è anche un bagno completo per i visitatori. Flamingo Beach è un'incantevole e tranquilla città perfetta per rilassarsi, cenare, guardare animali, gite in barca e visitare altre spiagge vicine, ecc.

This was a spectacular house that fit our family and our needs perfectly. Reynaldo took great care of the house and us. We would recommend this house to everyone.

The views were even more breathtaking than the photos, which is rare and such a treat. We were a little concerned seeing forecasts in the 95 to 100 degree range, but the sea breeze made it feel absolutely perfect the entire time.The layout of the home is fantastic, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The property was very clean and well maintained, and everything felt comfortable and easy from the moment we arrived.One of the highlights was the option to rent a golf cart. It made getting around town incredibly convenient and added to the overall experience. There is also easy access to the beach. It is a short walk, though a bit steep, so we highly recommend using the golf cart.They offer daily cleaning, which was a huge bonus. Reymondo was truly exceptional. He was warm, personable, and incredibly helpful, always available when needed but never intrusive. He represented the property so well and made our stay even more enjoyable.We would highly recommend this home. It is a very special place, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Our entire family loved the week at Max’s property! Beautiful with amazing ocean views from the deck, pool, and hot tub. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable with amazing views. Reynoldo was a huge help cleaning and caring for the property. Max was very responsive and helped line up most of our activities. Truly a magical vacation. Highly recommend!

This property was nothing short of amazing! From the 300 degree ocean views from inside and outside this house off the rocky peninsula, the beautiful pools and decks, the amazing Flamingo beach steps away, snorkeling around the rocks, surfing and fishing nearby, a fabulous housekeeper in Reynaldo on site, a very responsive host in Max, and an unbelievable Chef Dania available to complete our perfect dream vacation. It’s no wonder why Chef Dania told our three family group of 16 that this house was her favorite “office”. Thank you Max! Pura Vida
