large comfortable room. (I was allocated a disabled room ( no idea of the reason). The location is covenient for bangkok shopping and airport ( taxi to airport about 30 minutes in mid morning)

I liked the overall hotel and how it looks. It’s still brand new and quite modern as well. I liked the staff members they're very friendly and helpful.
The noise from the club or whatever it is that’s there. My goodness if you want to rest this isn’t the place for you. Also., I didn’t like how sneaky they were when we checked out. They made us pay for a stain on the sheets that we know nothing about. It’s really annoying when they do the inspections and you’re not there cause obviously they’d do something sneaky. So annoying really and the noise also from the flu /bar it went on till 3am.
