The location is perfect for walking to Vatican City, Jewish Quarter, Colosseum/Forum, and the other major sites. Plenty of good restaurants and bars in the area.
Also, we were 2 couples arriving two days apart. Property owner made the check-in easy and even arranged airport pickup for us on 2 different days.
Only drawback (not major) but I'm 6'1 and the ceilings are very low.

The apartment was fantastic, very quirky. It had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The location in Trastevere was superb, All the bars and restaurants were on our door step.
Nothing, we thought it was excellent

A fabulous quirky apartment with great facilities in a really good location. We could walk straight out of the apartment to a variety of restaurants. Easy access to taxi's if required and a short walk to many of Rome's attractions. We would definitely stay here on future visits. I would highly recommend this apartment.
Not an issue but do be aware of the large staircase to enter the apartment if arriving with luggage. We really found the property was as described and exceeded our expectations.
