The kitchen was great. All the dishes, and cooking essentials. Spices! Coffee maker and the variety of coffee. Ice marker. All the games. Washer, dryer. All the access the televisions had. The large dining room table. Nice for dinners and playing games

The thermostat for the a/c seem to have a mind of it's own. Got a little warm a couple of times. We're very conservative, turning it up during the day or when leaving. Not sure what was going on with it. Could use another comfortable place to set in the living room for one or two individuals. There's only a couch that 2 possibly 3 can set comfortably. A bed or two, might be on the hard side for some. Unlocking and locking the front door takes a little effort. Kind of tricky. Not fond of being woke by barking dogs, each morning.

The inside is very clean and cute.

The house outside was not taken care of so much over growth and the ad stated near the river yet it was not near the river matter a fact the river is not near the property at all and the property is in a run down older neighborhood. So the ad is very misleading. Not happy about that at all.
