"I stayed at the Grand Inn Hotel for one night and found it to be a practical, budget-friendly choice. The location is excellent—situated in a convenient area close to the mall and a great variety of dining options, which made getting around very easy. The staff were very polite and accommodating, ensuring a quick and smooth check-in process.
The room was generally spacious and comfortable for a brief layover, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The facilities are starting to show their age, and minor maintenance could really help elevate the experience.

This hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and equipped with the necessary amenities. Staff were courteous and professional, it was amazing experience throughout the stay.”
Also the grand inn hotel restaurant offered a good dining experience with a pleasant ambiance. The food delicious and served on time. Staff were attentive and friendly, made the overall dining experience enjoyable.”

Room cleaning must be done daily. Room services/Cleaning on alternate days is unacceptable.
Smoking in common areas made unpleasant for the guests.
