Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location for visiting Ostuni, the beach and Santa Sabina's restaurants, but you definitely need a car to stay here. Breakfast is fine, typical Italian with mostly cake. Hotel is very clean and the pool is great. Plenty of sun loungers and it's never too busy.
The campsite directly behind the hotel has live music/DJ every night until 11.45pm and it is EXTREMELY loud! This would be a problem if you're trying to get young children to sleep. This was the only negative about our stay.

It was super clean, well maintained and functional. The pool area was nice and the staff super helpful and nice.
It’s close to the road so the pool area is noisy. The rooms are not. But that was clear from the map and previous reviews.

Family run hotel that was clean and comfortable
Due to the temperature the beach was a little bit far to walk but the owner of the hotel dropped us to the beach and collected us.

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast with bread, ham & cheese!
Rooms were very clean and spacious.

The hotel is quite small and quiet ! Most of the time we had the pool for our own.
It's on the main road - I see it as an advantage.
Air conditioning works perfect !
Room is VERY clean.
They cleaned the house every day (real cleaning , not just replacing towels and beds tidying)
Breakfast products are not too much but they are high quality.
The bar in the hotel has reasonable prices and good variety , including lunch options.
For rooms that are for more than 2 people - please note that the children bed is of "2 floors"
Some people might be aware of that that .For us - it was 100% OK and it was not an issue (our children are 18 and 15)
The location in "Apple Maps" is not updated correctly, Use Google Maps or Waze to get to the hotel (very easy to find!)

Staff were great. Hotel pup was an absolute bonus!! Breakfast was lovely, coffee good. Pool area really nice - super chill hotel, was an absolute bargain. Would 100% stay again

Breakfast (home-made cakes :))))), great pool, friendly and caring staff, atmosphere, property interior and exterior design, cleanliness and quality of the stay in general - we will be back again!
it's not something bad, but just a note for people without a car, the place is not perfectly located to move by foot (but the place has bikes to rent per day/week if you want and it has restaurant so you don't need to move :)). in the end, we don't mind but for people who are not so used to walking on the side of roads it can be off putting, again - just a note, not a hotel's fault :)

Delightful well run and organised small hotel.

Amazing helpful staff, very attentive to everything we asked. We were upgraded to the apartment with private jacuzzi, which was amazing.
Pool is deep and big enough for kids to play. They spent hours inside.
The surroundings are beautiful and hotel is close to beaches, restaurants and Ostuni.

We had one night at the hotel during our bike trip towards Brindisi. The staff was really nice and the rooms were clean. The Dinner was really good.

Dinner totally disappointing. To begin with, we had no choice: the menu is fixed. Moreover, the quality is poor. As a last straw, we did not know the price of the meal until the following morning, when we discovered we had been robbed of 56 euros (in my opinion, about three to four times the market price for such an offer).

The location is very handy for Brindisi Airport and the pleasant little resort of Torre Santa Sabina.
The staff are friendly and generally it’s an enjoyable stop over.
Nothing really. A bit close to the motorway maybe, but then that’s also what makes it convenient.
