Nice little place opposite lake close to Oshkosh and amenities. Queries promptly sorted by owner, new door handle put on as old lock broke.Chickens were brilliant and loved being fed!

Needs a bit of updating, and a lick of paint , looking a little dated now.

We liked the two bedrooms, the view, being able to cook breakfast, the location

House could have been cleaner, didn't have places to put our suitcases, limited cooking ware

Easy with the lockbox. We did not have any issues.

The lose hand towel ring in the bathroom.

Easy access to EAA Airventure Portable Fans

Inadequate ventilation for Summer temperatures. Several interior windows sealed with plastic preventing exterior air flow. Only one small in window air conditioner unit was provided in living room area. This one air conditioning unit was the only means to lower temperature in the entire house except for several small portable fans that only move the warm air around and provide no cooling. Single bedroom had windows completely covered with semi transparent plastic sheathing taped into position preventing air flow from entering for cooling. This bedroom needs an in window air conditioner. If the windows are unable to be opened for ventilation during hot Summer months. Screened porch needs to have cobwebs removed on a more regular basis. Water flow out of shower head is inadequate.
