Things needed to be labeled a bit clearer.
The shower had quite a bit of mold in it. I had to clean it. The floor all around the toilet was dirty too.

I’m happy with the location, and the cleanliness
Only suggestion would be a yellow strip on the floor where the slight step up is near the main door.

cute place over garage perfect.
contact people were nice
the windows didn’t have screens and furnace needed filter change so I couldn’t use. it’s off a busy road so if you are not used to road noise may be a problem. wasn’t for me. needs to be more transparent about fees. bringing a pet is expensive with this property
