The location is excellent! Just a 10 minute walk from Karuizawa station. From the hotel, you are relatively close to both, the Ginza shopping street and to the Kumoba pond.
The hotel design is amazing, the room was quite spacious, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable.
Furthermore, there were complimentary drinks at night, there are vending machines and a laundry room within the hotel.

Breakfast was very good, although The first morning they did not understand my request for a Gluten Free meal. The second morning went better and the breakfast was excellent. LLoved the jackets in the rooms (the PJs were too small for us though)
the room seemed large but it was set up in a funny configuration which made using our 2 suitcases a little difficult.

Cozy and clean. Free bicycles for rental was great.
Rooms are a little too small and dim. Reception area is tight. Breakfast options too limited

Big jacuzzi bathtub. Spacious room for the corner room. Helpful lady staffs.
Small almost non-existent lobby reception. Breakfast could be better.
