Spacious and well stocked. Family friendly.Host is very responsive

Long story short, we would return & rent from this host again! The location is excellent: close to Clark's Bears & easy access to lots of local attractions. It has access to a great pool (& more) in the clubhouse; there's also lots of walkable space, a lake, & tennis courts. The owner has also stocked the space with plenty of TVs, board games, & books.Our group was 6 adults & 2 children under 10 years old. The location's 1st impression was excellent: we entered a very clean space that was well-furnished. The couches, tables, & other furniture were all fine quality: sturdy, comfortable, & clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with more pots, pans, utensils, & dishes than we could use during our stay. The appliances were all fine quality: two coffee makers (drip & Keurig), refrigerator, electric range, microwave, & a four-slot toaster! There was also a well-maintained gas grill on the deck with two tanks of propane. The deck had plenty of comfortable & good furniture.The bedrooms were cozy & had very comfortable beds. Even under the beds was dust-free & clean! The bathrooms were all clean & well-maintained; stocked with toilet paper, soap, & great toilets. The shower-heads in two separate bathrooms broke, but the host was able to respond immediately & quickly had a plumber there each time. The laundry room is good: the machines are well-maintained & work well.We had lots of space to dine together at the table & relax in the living room! It was a great time & a great rental.

My family has been visiting Deer Park Resort a couple times a year for many years, Ronald's unit was the best we have stayed at so far - so much room ! The unit was impeccably clean, everything worked perfectly. Check in processes were very smooth, Ronald was lightning quick in all his responses to my questions. Already planning for a winter trip :-)

We have stayed at Deer Park in the past; however, this was the first time that we stayed at Ron's condo. The condo was exactly as advertised and provided perfect accommodation for our week stay in New Hampshire. The property was clean and provided everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Ron was easy to communicate with throughout the booking process. Since we were traveling with two young children we prepared and ate most of our meals at the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities needed for meal prep and serving. We look forward to staying at your condo again in the future.
