A big and comfortable apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. Comfortable bedroom although it was a bit hot and there are no air conditioners. We used a fan and it was ok. Recommended for a family that wants a place to prepare meals and stay for a few days.

Quiet, basic, spacious apartment with gated security. Ok for short term use.

Car parking difficult to negotiate.Car essential. Swimming pool very small and key has to be fetched from security in order to use it. No toiletries. No clothes rack for washing. We bought our own. Ok if you want to use washer/drier. Outages made self catering very difficult.

The apartment is lovely, besides the WiFi issue and the few not so clean places. We used mainly the facility for 1 night which meant we didn’t use most the items,it was mainly beds,shower and glasses in the kitchen. The bedrooms were tidy and clean even the extra blanket were clean.

No WiFi connection made the trip super unbearable as the kids could not go into You Tube or even to Netflix and tv channels that were extremely minimal not even sports channels was playing.Those are mainly what made trip not nice for kids.

Liked the apartment which was spacious and well equipped. It was great to have a swimming pool in the complex. It was quite centrally situated and very good value for money

Complex a bit close to the main road so could hear traffic going to Knysna from one bedroom.

We loved the wide open and very clean space. The attention to detail was great, there was everything one could need. We loved the super comfy couch and luxury towels,and dual shower heads! We loved that there was a dishwasher and washing machine!! Initially we didn't get toiletries, and when we asked for it, it was delivered right away. The hosts checked in regularly but not too much, and also gave us great recommendations.

We were disappointed that the property was listed as 'Beachfront: Property is on the beach or right next to it'. The property is not on the beach, and also not right next to it. Even though there is indication of distances to the beach, listening it as such still is inaccurate. One would need a car to get to the beach. You can walk, but the property is on a steep hill, so the 1km+ walk back would all be uphill. I would probably not recommend walking to be honest.

Guests should be given a remote to access the complex to avoid the frustration of signing in multiple times

Location is a bit far from the main attractions (beach primarily) if you were planning to move around on foot

I loved the extremely clean, neat apartment and the host friendliness. The area and complex was serene and peaceful. That there was only the amount payable when booking was done and nothing additional. I loved the dual shower in the main bathroom. The host was very accommodating.

That there was no soap, shampoo or body wash etc in the bathrooms.
