The location and the view were excellent!

The unit was dirty, the shower curtains were molded, the couch was broken so therefore we couldn't use the couch bed and had to purchase an air mattress, all of the blinds were broken and my daughter had to hang a blanket over her window! I paid too much for it to look like this!

Top floor, right number of beds and baths. Nice view. Apartment set-up versus hotel.

Worn and needs a deep cleaning.

The property has an amazing view. It was a much needed Spring break trip for our family. The owner got back to us with any question in a timely manner which was great.

I love the condo. The only thing I would suggest is to speak with the cleaning company about what they really clean. The inside of trash cans was nasty, our shower has soap scum from bottles on them. We even found dried color contact lenses dried up on the side of the toilet. Definitely, have no complaints with the owners themselves but the cleaning company that does come in to clean.

The condo was dirty and outdated....the windows were dirty and you could tell it wasnt swept or vacuumed before our arrival. Blankets were thrown in a ball in the closet and there were stained pillows with no pillowcases. There was no local TV station to check weather. The facility in general was gross. The hallways needed to be cleaned, vacuumed, carpet needed to be replaced and they were hot and had a smell to them. The in door pool and hot tub were closed due to roof damage. With such an amazing view of the mountains, you would think the owners would stick some money back in to the facility. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. The view makes up for the grossness of everything else. I would bring my own pillow and blanket next time bc I'm certain the ones there are not cleaned

The view was great, the space was good, it was easy to get check in and out, there was a small playground but it was too cold to use it, the condo basically had everytihing we needed inside for our stay. Netflix access was a bonus.

The indoor pool and hot tub was literally the reason we chose this condo, but a couple of days prior to our trip we received an email telling us the indoor pool facilities were closed to due to maintenance. We were highly disappointed in that, seeing as how it was spring break and snowing outside. It definitely put a damper on our trip with 6 kids. It seemed to us like the pool had been closed for quite some time, so the information should have been provided to us a lot sooner than it was so that we could have cancelled the booking and found another place that did have a usable pool for us. Also, the bathtubs were not very clean, with soap scum and pink mildewy stuff around the showers. The floors were coming apart I'm various places and the whole place needed some fixing up.

the condo was dated. the place didn’t look like it had been cleaned. blood stains on the mattress covers. food left in the oven. food behind the door of the master bedroom. a child’s toy was actually made up in the sheets of one of the double beds. the blinds were broken. the sliding glass door didn’t lock. the TV sound was muffled in the living room. the dishwasher didn’t get the dishes clean. very let down, especially for the rates. no extra linens or blankets.
