Pretty much everything with the house 🙂

The beach access was not in any way where an elderly or handicapped person could get to. The Cocina sand was very hard to walk in, without sinking in it, and the up hill from beach was a little sketchy 😕. Not good at all for the older generation.

The house and view were beautiful.

The deck/stairs to the beach are treacherous. Leave the repair/maintenance to a time when there are no guests.

the beach was not sand. it was tiny seashells and the water was super rough. also, the master bathroom was tiny for a bigger person like myself.

Loved the private beach. The house was clean and well stocked with needed items.

Had to call to get help getting in. The beach gear needs to be updated. I would not use it. Could not get cable TV even with help. The ice maker was frozen up and would not make ice. We were told to chip away ice. It finally worked our last two days.

We were so excited when we walked in and saw how beautiful this home was. We loved walking out to the beach from our back door everyday. The back deck was the perfect place to see the sunrise and the dolphins playing in the morning. The location was perfect for us to visit Daytona Beach and St. Augustine. We did everything from a family golf trip to taking surfing lessons. This home is just down the road from the main Flagler beach, so we felt like we were on our own private beach. Paradise is the only way to describe it. We did not want to leave, but are looking forward to another trip back.
