The unit itself was fabulous! The view was breathtaking..... relaxing.

The property itself could use some TLC. Trash was in and around the parking garage as well as the pool. Also some general maintenance issues appeared to need attention..

The close proximity to the water, very roomy and up dated, the outdoor balcony and seating were amazing! It was quiet and you could hear the ocean waves!

No umbrellas and beach chairs?

Great condo nicely decorated. Very convenient! We would stay again, hoping it would be cleaner.

Shower I small bedroom had several black hairs on shower wall none of ours (all blond) Toaster bottom broken so crumbs fall out when sitting underneath counter. Trash and dust balls under small bedroom bed. Navy sheets in small bedroom had holes from worn out use and were very rough. Cleaning fee included but owner should find another cleaning crew! Very little beach in front of condo.

great parking; easy access; restaurants nearby - we enjoyed pizza delivery! located right on the beach; fun sea shell hunting; you can hear the ocean waves as you fall asleep!

elevator didn't work on checkout day-maybe because of the storm we experienced

This condo was set up as if we were home, with nothing that we were missing or needed. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, with a very short walk to the beach and close to shops, stores, and activities. There is easy access to the elevator from the parking lot and carts were always available for luggage. The pool was open daily, not crowded, and very clean. We could not have been happier with our stay here and plan to return to this condo on our next trip. It was outstanding!
