A pochi passi dal centro, con eccitanti ristoranti, birrerie e negozi, ma a breve distanza (10-20 minuti) da alcune delle migliori cantine che la Contea di Sonoma ha da offrire. Venite a godervi l'arredamento moderno e accogliente di questa bella casa del 1933 ed esplorate la meraviglia della North Bay.
La casa offre due ampi spazi abitativi, entrambi con caminetto, quindi c'è spazio per tutti è godersi la vacanza. La cucina a pianta aperta e la grande sala si aprono sul ponte invitante, ed è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi i pasti insieme, dentro o fuori.
La cucina è completamente fornita di tutti gli strumenti e gli utensili necessari per preparare i tuoi deliziosi pasti. Forniamo elementi essenziali di base per cucinare, come oli e spezie. I padroni di casa sono originari dell'Inghilterra, quindi ci sarà anche il tè!
La master suite offre un lussuoso bagno privato con vasca da bagno e doccia separata. La camera da letto è spaziosa con un comodo letto king size e ha il proprio ingresso sul ponte posteriore. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale, e la terza camera offre due letti singoli e una scrivania.

We rented this lovely home when we were in town to see our new granddaughter. The home was impeccably clean! The beds were comfortable with very nice linens. I made big meals every night and found everything I needed in their well- equipped kitchen including nice sharp knives! Jo & Ed were extremely responsive when we had questions along the way. The neighborhood is so nice with many other well kept historic homes and you can walk into downtown Santa Rosa as well!
We have rented many homes and found this to be one of the nicest, cleanest, well-maintained homes so far!

This was such an emotional and difficult weekend for us. My family attended a funeral mass for my son and we gathered after. This house was so warm, lovely and charming it was a blessing. I don’t know why but I immediately felt at home there. Everything we could have needed was available. We loved it and it was a very comforting place to stay. If they ever want to sell it I want to make the first offer💕💕💕

The photos in the listing don’t even do this place justice. The house couldn’t be any more darling. I came with 2 other couples and a 6 month old - there was plenty of space. The patio was a great spot to enjoy the wine we bought each day. All of the beds were super comfortable. The house had everything you need for a great/easy stay. Will 100 percent look this place up on our next trip to the area.

We absolutely loved this place. The perfect combo of modern and antique. Very comfortable beds, ultra-quiet street. If you are staying in Santa Rosa, this is a fabulous house. 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from fabulous wineries and Healdsburg, and close to town, where there are restaurants and cute shops.

Lovely house in a great location. Beautiful landscaped back yard made time on the back patio the favorite place to be for our girls trip. Really nice updated kitchen. The owners had an information book with recommendations for restaurants, wineries, markets, and anything else we might need. This house made our stay very enjoyable.

Perfect setting for a Sonoma County get-away. Lovely walking neighborhood. Convenient for restaurants, downtown shops & grocery stores. Modern open kitchen with almost everything you could need, great for socializing and cozy with fireplace. Loved sitting on the sunny patio. Terrific bedrooms with tons of closet space. Perfectly thought out, as though the hosts have spent time here themselves. Amazing house provided by lovely hosts. We hope to be back soon!

This home is as cute in person as it looks in the pictures. Everything we clean and worked. The house is adorable and wonderfully maintained. The neighborhood is lovely. Hosts were very helpful. We will definitely be back!!

This was a great property that was designed perfectly for a weekend away. It’s a drive to so Oma and Napa but for the price worth the drive. The kitchen was very well stocked and the rest of the house was very organized. The fireplaces were perfect each evening to relax and enjoy a glass of wine by. Only minor complaint was that when we arrived it smelled like an old house but we opened windows to air it out. Suggest a plug in air freshener to keep it smelling fresh. Overall great place for the price.

We loved staying at this home. It was charming and comfortable. We had plenty of space for our family of four. Restaurants and activities were close and easily accessible. The neighborhood was very walkable with friendly neighbors. We highly recommend this home if you are looking for a lovely place to stay to enjoy the beauty of Northern California.

A gem of a property in a gorgeous neighborhood. The host was very communicative of everything needed (even details about the door handle which sticks when trying to open). Beautifully remodeled kitchen and lots of character.

The house was just as advertised, it was clean and very comfortable for the 4 of us. Beds were very comfortable and fireplace in the family room/kitchen area was so nice after a day of wine tasting. I would definitely stay here again!

Cute House, good location
We enjoyed our stay in this adorable house in Santa Rosa. House was clean and exactly as it looked in the pictures. Great central location, easy drive to the wineries and walking distance to a few restaurants. There is a park a couple of miles away, with great running trails.
Overall, good experience and will definitely stay again.

Beautiful setting for our girls getaway in an ideal location. This home is lovely with great decor, wonderful and private backyard, gorgeous kitchen, and the fireplaces were delightful when the evenings cooled down. We loved being there and would recommend to anyone.
