Blue Salt è una casa di 5 camere da letto recentemente rinnovata, situata sulle pendici di Pittwater, a soli 5 minuti a piedi da Whale Beach ea breve distanza in auto da Palm Beach. Questa casa per famiglie ispirata all'Hampton / costiera bilancia i comfort moderni con un'atmosfera rilassata sulla spiaggia. La cena all'aperto che scorre nel cuore della casa è perfetta per intrattenere con viste spettacolari. All'interno, gli ospiti possono godere di un salotto separato con camino a gas e TV. Cucina completamente attrezzata, bar per la colazione e barbecue in dotazione.
Blue Salt è un angolo di paradiso nascosto che offre molta privacy a soli 300 metri dalle coste di Pittwater e 500 metri dal surf a Whale Beach. Può ospitare fino a 14 persone con un massimo di 10 adulti. La casa è situata al centro della proprietà, con una nuovissima passerella coperta che scende attraverso gli alberi. Ci sono 3 posti auto nel posto auto coperto e parcheggio sulla strada. Gli ospiti possono effettuare il check-in tramite una tastiera o uno smartphone, con un pin che verrà inviato prima del check-in.
L'ospite entra nella casa a livello rovesciato attraverso la porta principale attraverso un ponte, che ha una doccia esterna all'ingresso in modo che gli ospiti possano lavare via tutta la sabbia prima di entrare nella casa. A questo livello abbiamo una camera da letto matrimoniale alla sinistra dell'ingresso e lungo il lungo corridoio abbiamo il bagno principale, la camera matrimoniale e alla fine c'è la camera a castello con TV. Salendo di mezzo livello tramite alcune scale si cammina attraverso un armadio fino alla camera da letto principale con bagno privato e balcone privato con vista mozzafiato su Pittwater. In fondo a mezzo livello dall'atrio si trova un grande salone con TV e fuoco a gas. Off questa stanza è un'altra camera da letto matrimoniale con una scrivania e un balcone con vista mozzafiato.
Mezzo piano al piano inferiore è una cucina a pianta aperta con panca ad isola e tutti i comfort di una casa, oltre all'altoparlante Sonos. Le finestre bifold si aprono sul bar per la colazione e sull'area lounge con facile accesso al barbecue. Adiacente alla cucina è la sala da pranzo, con un tavolo da pranzo in legno che può ospitare 12. Questo favoloso spazio da pranzo si apre con porte bifold sul ponte esposto a nord-ovest attrezzato con un tavolo da pranzo all'aperto, un solarium, un'area salotto con bar per la colazione con sgabelli e barbecue a 5 fuochi Ziegler & Brown.
Fuori dalla cucina è la lavanderia con grande lavatrice e asciugatrice oltre a un lavandino maggiordomi, doccia e servizi igienici.
Blue Salt è stato creato a seguito di una ristrutturazione trasformativa con molto tempo e amore per dargli un'atmosfera calda e invitante. È la nostra casa per le vacanze in famiglia e cerchiamo di lasciare le cose in casa che potrebbero essere utili, non è solo una "casa vacanza". ACCESSO OSPITE
Alla casa si accede tramite il posto auto coperto fuori da Surf Road lungo un sentiero di recente costruzione con maniglione per la durata del percorso. Il percorso si snoda tra gli alberi con piattaforme di appoggio lungo la strada per lasciare i bagagli o ammirare gli splendidi dintorni.
Gli ospiti hanno accesso a tutta la proprietà tra la casa e Surf Road più tutti i ponti.
C'è accesso al giardino sotto la casa che comprende un trampolino.
Il blocco ospita due case con la casa principale Blue Salt e il cottage che è un originale cottage in pietra del 1947. Il cottage @ Blue Salt sarà disponibile per l'affitto all'inizio del 2020. È stato completamente rinnovato con una cucina abitabile, un salotto con camino a legna, un bagno e due camere da letto. Master con un letto matrimoniale e seconda camera da letto con un letto a castello (regina e top singolo singolo). Il cottage ha anche una vista meravigliosa su Pittwater.

La tassa di pulizia di $ 450 si applica a ogni soggiorno e include il costo di lenzuola / asciugamani e viene calcolata automaticamente al momento della prenotazione. Se la proprietà non viene lasciata in modo rispettoso, verranno applicate spese di pulizia extra e le Regole della Casa saranno seguite in particolare per quanto riguarda la spazzatura e il barbecue.

Great house to enjoy a weekend away with my cousins, the house was gorgeous & had everything we needed.
Just be prepared for some stairs to the front door, good exercise for the legs.

The host could not have been more helpful and accomodating. The house is beautifully set up for an amazing stay. We had a fantastic holiday break and it was a real privilege to spend Christmas in such an amazing home in an absolutely incredible location. I honestly could not recommend this home highly enough! Our sincere thanks.

We had the most amazing stay at this property over the long weekend. We were a group of eight adults and two young children. The house is perfectly set up for a large group of family or friends and has everything you can think of for entertaining at the house. The dining and kitchen area is well equipped and the outdoor area has the right amount of shade when you need it. As long as you are respectful of the neighbours and the beautiful, peaceful setting you are in, you'll have the dreamiest stay. The location is also epic - only a short walk to Whale Beach Deli and the beach. We can't recommend this place enough - every detail has been thought of to make your stay super comfortable. We look forward to staying here again soon!

We had the most amazing stay at this property over the long weekend. We were a group of eight adults and two young children. The house is perfectly set up for a large group of family or friends and has everything you can think of for entertaining at the house. We hired this property as a family home with our six kids to stay in during our wedding weekend. Our stay was thoroughly unenjoyable for many reasons.
Firstly, do not stay here unless you are prepared to have the owner remotely watch and listen to you with multiple cameras around the property.
The owner/manager Rebecca admitted to us that she had been watching and listening to us via the security cameras, without our consent! Which I’m reasonably sure is illegal.
She messaged and phoned us multiple times on the Sunday morning after our wedding, and screamed abuse at us about one of the neighbours making a noise complaint, and that we had left the exterior lights off after 10pm. I apologised for any disruptions and suggested that noise complaints are normally dealt with via the police - whom I would have been more than happy to talk to - instead of being screamed at by the landlord.
We had eight friends over for a quiet drink after our wedding, we did not have any dancing or any kind of party. Yes the back doors were open because the house has no A/C and was so hot!
We had kids asleep in the next room, so the noise was no too loud.
Unbelievably, she insisted that I knock on the neighbours door to apologise and give him a case of beer.
Other issues: the 80 step down to the house that made access in and out extremely difficult, and our elderly parents were not able to visit.
There is NO air conditioning, making the small stuffy kids rooms very uncomfortable. The water pressure was not amazing, the traffic noise was very loud and the cleaning fee is outrageous, especially considering she expects the guest to clean up, empty the dishwasher and take all of the rubbish up the 80 steps!!!
There were at least ten signs/notes scattered in various locations around the house with lists of her rules and regulations.
Based on her response to other reviews, I’m assuming that she will have a rant after we post this. We are currently considering whether to report her behaviour to the relevant authorities.

This property had everything you would expect and more. Brilliant views and fully kitted out with all your requirements. It has a Hamptons like feel to it with the best quality appliances and high quality bedding and bathrooms. Will definitely be recommending thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful house (but with traffic noise!)
I rented this house and the bottom cottage for my 50th for a group of friends and family.
To present the positives first, the house and view looks just as it does in the pictures, which is beautiful. The kitchen was well appointed. The heating is effective (we were there in winter). The owner let us check in a couple of hours early, which was sincerely appreciated, and she was very quick to respond to questions and was helpful, which was also appreciated.
There were some downsides. The traffic noise from Barrenjoey Rd was constant between 5am and 7pm, such that we didn't enjoy sitting outside to appreciate the view, and we couldn't have the doors open either, which was a great pity, as I'd pictured doing that. Most of us woke at 5am when the traffic started and couldn't get back to sleep. I think most houses in Palm Beach must have this issue. If you weren't sensitive to traffic noise this place would be much more suitable.
There is also limited acoustic separation the house. If people are talking in the lounge, it's very audible in most bedrooms. Sound also travels between bedrooms.
We also found out a few things just before arrival that weren't ideal. The first was that it's a shoes-off house. We had rainy weather, and going between the top and bottom house meant taking shoes off at the back door on the wet deck...with wet socks as a consequence. Also there's no spot at the back door for shoe storage (there is shelter at the front door), so most of our shoes got rained on because we forgot to pull them inside before the rain started. With a large group, it's also a bit icky with socks, because kids drop bits of food on the floor, which stick to your feet. We couldn't find a vacuum to keep the kitchen floor clean, just a broom that wasn't especially effective (that said, we didn't ask if there was a vacuum somewhere).
Finally - the exit was pretty stressful. I paid a very substantial cleaning fee, but we had to wash and put away all the dishes (you can't leave them in the dishwasher) and carry all the rubbish up the very, very long set of steps to the bins. I feel that with such a large a cleaning fee, it would be reasonable to leave clean dishes in a dishwasher and have someone else empty the bins. If the cleaning fee had been lower I would have felt differently.
Overall a generally positive experience, but it wasn't the right place for me because peace and quiet is so important to me.

Beautiful home
We had a great time. Great views from a couple of the floors. Beautiful gas fire that kept the top three floors beautifully warm.

Beautiful property
Beautiful property in excellent condition. Shared spaces are brilliant for family or friends sharing a weekend. Rebecca was very responsive.
There are a lot of stairs down to the property from the road so just need to check that if you have people with less mobility.
Otherwise a beautiful property with stunning view. The deck is particularly lovely as well as the creative play space for kids below the house. Very cool!

Family weekend getaway
An Extremely comfortable house with plenty of space. Generous provisions throughout. The owners have thought of everything to ensure guests “feel at home”. This beautiful home boasts amazing views. We had lots of space for our group of 12 to spread out and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent communication from the owner with prompt responses to any questions made our experience even better. Thank you Rebecca.
