La posizione super tranquilla su un cul de sac privato - ottimo per famiglie - ha un traffico minimo. La struttura dispone di un ampio cortile oltre alla spiaggia di scisto.
A pochi passi da Sampson State Park, che ha 2.000 acri da esplorare. (Ottimo posto per andare in bici o fare escursioni)

Thank you Gordon. We had the best time staying at your beautiful, well kept, gorgeous, clean home. Your home felt like home away from home with everything we needed. Your house is gorgeous, the decor is gorgeous, the beds are comfy, and your house is so clean. The scenery is beautiful. We loved the peacefulness of looking out and seeing the beautiful lake so close. The location was wonderful. Your house is perfect. We can't wait to come back. Gordon was so responsive. Such a great experience. Thank you.

The property was just as presented. Neat and clean and charming. A very comfortable home in a beautiful, convenient location for what we wanted to do - three college chums celebrating 54 years of friendship, tasting wine, exploring the area, catching up, and enjoying the outside space. The lovely dock area and the cozy fire pit were great for catching the sunset and star gazing. A wonderful stay.
Gordon was very easy to communicate with when needed, which was only a question or two.

This house was amazing! It was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect! You can’t get any closer to the water. You can hear the waves of the lake crashing on shore from anywhere in the house. It had everything you needed to make food and drinks. We didn’t use the outside space as much as we would have liked to (rainy and cold October weekend) but if it were nicer out we would have been out there all night. The owner was thorough in his instructions and check in/check out couldn’t have been easier. If you want to have a worry free, relaxing time at Lake Seneca, I would recommend staying here!! We will be back!!

This was our second second stay at Gordon’s cottage. We enjoyed it as much as the first time. Very clean and well decorated. Plenty of seating outside and there is only one step to the beach. We made use of the fire pit and grill. The sunsets are spectacular.
It is exactly as advertised.

This house was perfect for me and my husband for our week in the Finger Lakes. The house is beautifully decorated and Gordon proactively communicated but we had everything we needed when we arrived. We loved morning coffee on the deck or dock - lots of umbrellas for the sunny afternoons. The house is perfectly situated for beautiful sunsets and a great location for easy drives to Geneva and many wineries and breweries. Highly recommend Standing Stone and Boundary Breaks on the east side, HJW and Red Tail Ridge on the west. Can’t wait to go back next year!

We had a great vacation at Kerry‘s Lakehouse. The location can’t be beat and the neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to nearby parks, walking distance to Wolffys restaurant on the lake, and easy drives to all of our favorite Finger Lakes locations. Kerry was excellent at communication and let us check in early which was a big plus. The house is very comfortable and has anything you might need in the kitchen and for outside lounging. It was hot/humid during our stay and the 2 ACs - one upstairs and one down -kept the entire house very cool (and we’re always warm!) There are also ceiling fans in the main rooms and standing fans in every room. Both beds that we used were extremely comfortable and we slept great. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again!

We had the best vacation here! The cottage is so comfortable, decorated beautifully, with a well stocked kitchen and everything is spotless. The view is absolutely gorgeous. So nice waking up to these beautiful views and enjoying the most gorgeous sunsets right from the deck. The pictures online do not do it justice. Kids loved the kayaks, paddle board and fire pit for nightly s’mores. We rented pontoon boats for 3 days from Stivers about 10 minutes away. We had a blast tubing and just enjoying the beautiful scenery from the lake. We also visited a few wineries in the area which were so lovely. We had one rainy day forecast so we took a trip up to Niagara Falls just 2 hours away and had the best time much to my surprise. The owner, Gordon, was quick to answer my questions before we arrived, check in and out was easy. We did not need to contact Gordon during our stay because everything was perfect. Thank you again Gordon for sharing your beautiful cottage with us, we hope to be back!

Spent a lovely weekend with friends, very clean property. Bathroom is amazing with rainfall shower head. Enjoyed sitting at the campfire lakeside as well as drinking coffee on the dock in the morning.

This was a great choice for a getaway with my husband for our tenth wedding anniversary. We LOVED the location- a semi-private drive off of a private residential loop, it was so quiet and peaceful. The lake is so close that if there's any wind at all, you can hear the waves from inside. Amenities were great, very clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend for a couple or small family.

Lovely, clean property. We especially liked that it was all one level and easy access to the lake. We had a family picnic one day and the kayaks were enjoyed ! It’s a nice , safe neighborhood and close to Geneva and wineries. Definitely recommend!

My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and two granddaughters (12) & (9) spent the week and had a lovely time. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed swimming, kayaking and fishing - not to mention all the vineyards! 🍷🥂

This property was just gorgeous. Sunsets were amazing. If you want a vacation to sit/read/watch the water and kayak short kayak trips......this is the place. If you want to enjoy the lake, boat, swim, paddle board ........stay somewhere else. Lake is very rough in this area and there is no safe place to store/dock your boat. Very expensive vacation to sit and watch sunset.

Family Weekend
We wanted a weekend away with just our family of 5 after the school year and this house did not disappoint!! It was absolutely perfect for our family. The house itself was gorgeous, clean and so welcoming, plus the location was incredible! Our boys loved every second of swimming, fishing, skipping rocks, kayaking etc! We would definitely book again in a heartbeat, it was amazing!

Sunset paradise!
Property is in a great location for wineries, shops, cheese farms, etc… within a reasonable distance. The house itself is very well maintained and looks better than the pics if that’s possible! One of the best attractions is the amazing sunset views every evening. We couldn’t get enough pictures!

Spectacular View
We were beyond impressed with this beautiful stay! The Property owner was very helpful and made sure we had everything at the place that we would need for our stay. We enjoyed being able to kayak from the house and sitting by the fire watching the sunsets. Thank you Gordon for shipping my shoes back to me! 10/10 recommend staying here!!

This place is so bright and cozy. We loved it! Exactly as shown on VRBO site. Very comfortable, quiet and clean. Everything we were looking for and then some. There was even a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. Thank you, Gordon!

Amazing!
We had the best stay at this property. The house was adorable, clean, functional - everything you could want in a vacation spot! Everything from towels to paper towels to cleaning supplies were available in the house. The sunset views were to DIE for, and the fire pit was a perfect spot to relax after a long day at the wineries. The beds were exceptionally comfortable - no one wanted to leave after three days! I would highly recommend this property and we plan on coming back next year! Gordon was super responsive and made the check-in/check-out process a breeze.

Another great vacation
This was our second time staying in this house and hopefully not the last! Location is perfect to take in all the Finger Lakes have to offer. The house is kept in great condition, comes with nice amenities to help you enjoy the lake and Gordon is incredibly responsive should you have any questions. Hope to be back again soon!

This home was set up perfectly! The views are amazing, the sunsets were fantastic. We were able to walk right out to the water and sit at the shore. We kayaked every day. I can't say enough about our stay except that were sad to leave. So many wineries, breweries and fantastic places to eat in the area. You will love this property. Beautiful lake house
This home was set up perfectly! The views are amazing, the sunsets were fantastic. We were able to walk right out to the water and sit at the shore. We kayaked every day. I can't say enough about our stay except that were sad to leave. So many wineries, breweries and fantastic places to eat in the area. You will love this property.
