The value for money was good. The room 258/698 was as per the pictures, sea view is only a glimpse in the distance.
The owner needs to give the bathroom a deep clean as mould in shower and flooring smells after a couple of days. The towels need replacing as very old and smell after one use. There was no iron in the room or cups/mugs to have a cup of tea.
It’s a shame the complex doesn’t allow residents to sit at the pool or BBQ area with an alcoholic drink as it’s a beautiful area that we would have used more if we could have relaxed with a drink.

Garden Pool Location
The property owner took three weeks to answer our messages. We were left without Internet, Wi-Fi and TV and there was no one to help us. if you think that being able to communicate with the owner is important, don’t rent this room choose another one on the same property.

Very good location. Bang in the middle of Bluport and Market Village. These are your go-to malls in Hua Hin.
Yes, a lot of reviews say that there's no sea view. I would say its not an unblocked sea view, but its pretty good sea view. Bed was comfy, the couch was comfy as well. La Casita condo is pretty well maintained.
Bro, you have a good unit and great property, but why compromise on TV. For a property, which is good and modern, can you please add a smart TV in your room. Smart TVs are not costly these days.
