Situated across the road from attractions: Garden Bloc Park, SugboMercado hot food stands, Pipeline Bar, Transport Terminal (buses), Mc Donald’s. Very near to Ayala Mall Central Park, Starbucks, and many stores and restaurants. Security is excellent throughout the neighborhood that functions 24 hours per day.

I am not familiar in Cebu so the Owner/Host guided me safely and smoothly to the hotel. When I arrived in the hotel, the owner provided me detailed information and answered my questions as well.
Sometimes water runs out or shortage of water. It was no big deal because they fill it up when it happens.
