Place was so beautiful. We had issues with booking as we were on the way there and they helped us and were able to accommodate us. We had such a wonderful stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista. The townhome was the perfect size for two couples. The views were great and the upper deck was perfect for viewing the sunrise with a relaxing cup of tea. Lake Rayburn is peaceful and relaxing and it is only a short drive to museums like Crystal Bridges. Bentonville is close by and offers many attractions and a lot of good dining choices. We can't wait to go back in warmer weather to enjoy the kayaks on the lake or explore more of the hiking and bike trails.

We loved our stay in this super clean house on the lake. The kayaks and paddle boards were a fantastic addition to the home’s private dock. They have 2 yoga mats that we took down to the dock, daily! We loved waking up with these beautiful views and going straight down to the water to stretch and kayak/paddle board. Then again at sunset! The terrain down to the dock can be tricky, just go slow and steady, and you’ll be fine; we did it in our slides daily. When they say full kitchen, they mean FULL kitchen! We ate the majority of our meals there and saved a ton of money. Complete with everything you’ll need ~ including a grinder! We had already ground our beans at home, but we did enjoy grinding some coriander seeds. The washer and dryer work great; don’t be deceived by their age. Two awesome decks! Sooo much to do near here ~ you simply MUST check out Tanyard Trail; the waterfalls are awe inspiring. We loved Allen’s ~ they even had Just Egg (and other vegan staples).

We had never been to Bella Vista on a vacation before. Planned to hike and bike for a week. It was perfect. The VRBO was conveniently located to all the hiking and biking we could do. The chairs on the dock were a peaceful way to start and end the day. The home comfortable was stocked with everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay very much!!! Thoughtfully appointed, great amenities, pet friendly and prompt communication with host/owner. We loved the peaceful lake view and kayaking around all the coves of the lake each day. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

This property is a gem. We loved the spacious house with the main floor being an updated kitchen, dining, half bath, living room and private deck. The bottom floor being two good-sized bedrooms that share a nice big bathroom, laundry and another private deck. The dock is a nice size with paddle boards and kayaks provided. It was the most beautiful and peaceful lake. We practically had it to ourselves the whole week! Working with Stephanie was amazing, she was incredibly helpful and responsive. It was a quick drive to hikes, breweries and museums we wanted to visit. It was the best experience, we truly can't wait to come back!

Absolutely loved our stay. The townhouse was spacious and had everything we could have needed and more, and the location was excellent. We absolutely loved spending time on the upper balcony, as well as the private dock. There were numerous trails that were easy to get to (by car) and a very short drive. We even found a little "adventure" to take the kids on within walking distance of the unit. Loved the area and can't wait to visit again!

The property was very clean and overall nice. The only critique I would have is to have a bigger couch upstairs. They have two leather recliners facing the TV, and a small couch facing sideways. Maybe flip the two or have a bigger couch. Just my two cents

We had the best time. The house was exactly as pictured. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location on the lake was absolutely the best. The lake was peaceful and relaxing and the kayaks and paddle boards were so much fun. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Will definitely be back when we are in need of a little getaway.

This is a really nice property. The location for Bella Vista, Bentonville, and the surrounding areas could not be more perfect. The view of the lake from the main living area and the watching the sunrise is amazing.
Having access to a deck is nice. My husband really enjoyed feeding the fish many worms as he relaxed there in the morning and evenings. We did not use the kayaks, but having them available is a bonus. The path down to the deck could use a little TLC. It's steep and would be better with some sort of handrail or rope guide for the old and young.
The inside of the townhouse is comfortable and has about anything you would need. There is a large, smart TV and lots of movies and games for everyone to enjoy in the evenings or on a rainy day.
One note for travelers to keep in mind is that both bedrooms are downstairs. To reach the dock, you go downstairs from the main level, out to the lower balcony, and downstairs to the path mentioned before. So, from the deck to the main living area requires three sets of stairs. Not an issue for most, but definitely a challenge for some. I tried walking my dog down the side yard, but it is very steep and not a good option.
The covered parking is a true bonus here and the neighborhood is very quiet. Overall, the property is a winner. Stephanie and her husband were extremely responsive and easy to work with when a small issue arose. Definitely a positive experience.

This was the perfect spot to get away from the craziness for a few days. My elderly parents, wife and I were visiting the area for my son’s wedding and it was a perfect spot to retreat to between final planning, dinners and the event.
Kayaked on the glass water each morning listing to all the sounds of nature and was able to utilize all the amenities as if it were our own home away from home.
Stephanie was great about communicating everything and the place was clean and comfortable.
The only thing that was hard to tell from the pics was that the slope down to the water was pretty steep so my elderly parents weren’t able to make it down to the beautiful dock but the patio views made up for it. I highly recommend this to others looking for some peace of mind that’s still convenient to all the Bella Vista/Bentonville/Rogers amenities you want to explore!

We absolutely loved our stay here, so much that we're already looking to come back. Being on the lake was so peaceful. We enjoyed spending time on the decks as well as on the private dock. The location is great, near multiple trails with waterfalls that were very easy to get to. The property is spacious, and had everything we needed and more. What a great find!

This was the perfect mini vacation. The location couldn't have been better. The view from this property was magical. Having the covered lower deck was nice as we were able to be outside even on a rainy day. Plenty of blankets to stay warm. Stephanie was quick to answer all of our questions. We definitely will stay again.

We enjoyed the beautiful lake views from this duplex. It was easy to get in and out with our dogs and there is a damn nearby where we could walk them. Close to Bentonville, Beaver Lake, Rogers. Couches and beds were comfortable, place was extremely clean. Host kindly provided a bottle of wine and coffee. (there is a keurig and a regular coffee maker) Plenty of ice in the freezer. Plenty of space for 4 people and 2 small dogs. I can't think of a single complaint. I guess I wish they didn't require a pet fee but that's pretty standard for any vrbo, bnb or hotel, and was communicated clearly upon booking. We want to come back in the summer!

My family enjoyed this location and being right on the lake. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards. Place was stocked well and was overall comfortable. Nice to have laundry, always and it was convenient to everything else.

This property is located in a quiet lake community that is convenient to Crystal Bridges, trails, the Square, shopping and restaurants. Of course you can just enjoy sitting on the docks or kayaking and swimming. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. The bedrooms are located on the lower level. The beds were comfy. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck. The lake views are beautiful.

Lovely townhome that has been beautifully updated! We were there for a week & it was gloriously relaxing. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen is well supplied, and the living room has 2 recliners and a recliner loveseat. Everyone has a place to put their feet up! Our dogs loved the upstairs balcony especially since it put them eye level with the squirrels in the trees. They were so entertained. Highly recommend!!

Over all it was a wonderful place! After we checked in we, which was a super easy process we looked around and it was very clean place! We loved playing games at the high top table. Huge king beds in both rooms. It was a wonderful surprise that she had kid life jackets so when we went out on the kayak I didn’t have to worry. The dock is very nice and it’s a very quiet neighborhood. The view from the living room each morning for coffee was UHmazing. We made chili and hamburger stew in the evenings and there was everything we needed in the kitchen! Stephanie did a great job communicating when I needed something.
The downstair glass door which is your access to the water is also connected to the bedroom wouldn’t lock for me so each evening I had to leave it unlocked. I just mentioned it to her as we left. Other than that it was a wonderful peace getaway.

Love this property and our stay. It was amazing the kitchen was so nice, it was fully stocked with everything. The chairs and couch in the living area were so comfortable with an outdoor balcony. The bedrooms were nice also, the main bedroom had a nice outdoor balcony also. When I say fully stocked, I mean it had everything lots of games for all the family. We didn't get to use the paddle boats or swim only because we were so busy with helping out with my Grandson's Wedding. But the view was Awesome around the lake, I would highly recommend this property. Thanks Stephanie you were a wonderful Host.

My spouse, daughter and I enjoyed our 5 nights at this lovely lake home. It was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. We had easy access to Bentonville and visited museums and ate most of our meals there. Bentonville was an unexpected delight. We highly recommend this lake house.

Short family vacation
We enjoyed lots of time in the lake using provided paddle boards and kayaks. Grilled on the deck and enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake. Excellent accommodations, everything worked great and the hosts were very responsive.

I'd buy it if they'd sell it
This place was a little slice of Heaven - it's completely green in summer and our kids spent the entire time just running from the condo down to the dock to jump in the lake. We enjoyed the kayaks (2) and paddle boards (3) that came with the property and spent most of the trip sitting on the chairs on the dock having coffee or wine, swimming with the kids, paddling, and enjoying the quiet of the no-wake lake. We also got an incredible fireworks show from the people in the house across the way on July 4th. The only thing we needed but couldn't find was a can opener - an ordeal we managed to survive :) Loved this place and the location.
