Perfetto per nascondere i bambini con un film che ti consente di goderti il tempo di qualità.
La cucina è dotata di frigorifero di dimensioni standard e congelatore, forno e lavastoviglie separati di dimensioni standard. Metti i bambini su uno degli sgabelli da bar e servi i cereali del mattino mentre il sole entra dalla finestra. C'è anche una sala da pranzo separata con un tavolo da pranzo da 10 posti.
Al piano inferiore c'è una lavanderia con lavatrice e spazio aggiuntivo per la conservazione. C'è anche un bagno al piano inferiore separato con doccia.
Al piano superiore ci sono 5 camere da letto. L'ampio master dispone di una camera King con ventilatore e sistema diviso, la camera è dotata di ampie finestre e chaise longue perfettamente posizionate. Goditi del tempo di qualità con una tazza di tè rilassante davanti alle ampie vetrate. La seconda e la quarta camera da letto contengono entrambe le regine, la terza una Tribunk con letto singolo.
Al piano superiore c'è un ampio bagno con vasca e doccia separate e una camera con servizi igienici separati.
Al piano inferiore la struttura dispone di un rustico bar interno con TV, ideale per guardare la partita con un paio di birre. Questo anche dove la 5a e 6a camera da letto è una camera matrimoniale con camera comunicante contenente un set di letti a castello. Ideale per gli adolescenti che desiderano un po 'di indipendenza.
All'esterno c'è un grande giardino esterno con un trampolino in giardino, perfetto per intrattenere i bambini o per giocare a footie. Il giardino è completamente sicuro e gli animali domestici.

Really nice property very spacious and garage turned into a gaming room with pool table table tennis and foosball huge back yard with trampoline lots to keep kids entertained and only short drive to shops and fishing was amazing at moyne river just around the corner

Perfect for multiple families in a great location
We shared this house with two other families and it met our needs perfectly.
It is a short stroll to the Main Street and the house had everything we needed. It was well equipped with toys, games, trampoline, games tables, high chair, high quality bedding , heating, kitchen utensils, bbq…….the list goes on!
We were all very impressed with the house and highly recommend it

This place advertised a play space with a pool table and table tennis table in a separate garage but the doors were locked and there was no key available to get into it. The trampoline was looking very tattered around the edges and uninviting. The outdoor seating area at the back overlooking the lawn had many spiderwebs.
It advertises for 13 people but the bedroom at the back has no window or ventilation and is quite stuffy; the bunk beds are very compact and uninviting.
The dishwasher is only half size and for a place that supposed to accommodate 13 people this is not really practical.
There are only 10 dining chairs so any more than 10 have to sit on bar stools.
The stairs were steep and the layout of the ground floor is a bit confusing. Would not recommend this place for for older people.
However, the house was clean and the location quiet and had a good front lawn enclosed by a gate so is good for young kids to play in. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Good size freezer and fridge.

It was a fabulous place to stay but not enough bedrooms for us. Not sure if it was miscommunication on our behalf but only 4 bedrooms & we asked for a place with 6. We had to revise our stay but the beds were so comfortable as was all the furniture, clean & great facililities & games etc for the family

Port fairy break
It was a fabulous place to stay but not enough bedrooms for us. Not sure if it was miscommunication on our behalf but only 4 bedrooms & we asked for a place with 6. We had to revise our stay but the beds were so comfortable as was all the furniture, clean & great facililities & games etc for the family

We stayed with a large group of 14.
The property catered very well to our needs. It was very clean.
It was an easy walk in to town for activities and the house was well stocked with books and toys for the children in our group.
The games shed is excellent and we made good use of it.
The managers were super accompanying of our need to change dates due to covid restrictions.
Some notes for future guests: the upstairs shower is bigger, but down stairs had better water pressure. The dish washer is very small, but these are the only 3 challenges we had with an otherwise excellent property.
