New upgrades needed - more comfortable bed

Chef was flexible and food quality great. Steward in restaurant was super. Reception very efficient Their in house safari driver was exceptional. Location is excellent. Gardens are fascinating and owner very knowledgeable about trees. Room was great. Bed super comfy and huge. Bathroom is stunning. Loved it! Will definitely return.

The room was nice and large and the bed was great. The whole complex looks very nice and you can get a fish massage in the fish pond!

The pool did not look cleaned. The bathroom is outside, which seems nice until you see the amount of insects that fly around there and especially the amount of musquitos is high here. We booked the morning safari for 6 hours and were told our room would be availble afterwards so we did not need to hurry with checking out when returning at 12:30. But after the safari we returned to our room and got a call 5 minutes later if we could hurry up with checking out. If they hadn't told us that our room would be available afterwards we would have ensured everything was ready to go. Will not return here.
