The sea and localization of the hotel is wonderful. It is a very quiet and nice place fro holiday.

The service was not professional. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Breakfast was not satisfied. WIFI did not worked in the rooms and very poor at public area. The bad and breakfast charges are similar to five star all included hotels in Kyrenia region. The facility should be renewed and should provide more qualified service for this price.

We came around 6 pm and they didn't ask for any documentation, gave us a room key. Then we ordered dinner which was a big mistake. The fish and the chicken were horrible. The breakfast was funny even a child cannot get be ful. The quality of the breakfast was also very bad. They also charge us more and realized that they gave us wrong number too. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The location and hotel building was first class but the beach restaurant was old and lets down the new hotel design and finish.

All staff were from "overseas" with little skill, not much enthusiasm and a significant absence of practical hotel training. The menu was basic and cut down, the food was bland, frozen and heated up or "shake and Bake." No evidence of culinary expertise at any level.

Breakfast was great, eggs, cheeses, breads very nice.

Livana Hotel is built with style and taste it blends in with the landscape which makes it even more attractive. The family atmosphere is totally invclusive , food is home cooking and delicious, . The beach is real sand and getting in the water is very easy, a real jewel .

The best choice, I could have made in Karpaz! It is a family run hotel. With a lot of love. Brand new. So clean, you can't believe. Right on the beach, which is amazing. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Amazing restaurant, with delicious meals. The bed is so comfortable... And there are a lot of parking spaces :) Beautiful garden. Near to the golden beach. Quiet. Amazing sunrise. Don't hesitate to book, now ;) :) Ask for a pink drink at the bar ;) :) The place is as beautiful as on the pics!

Rooms are lovely, very nicely finished and clean. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The restaurant on the sea front is stunning and the food I had (mixed grill) was delicious. Continental style breakfast was good but no cooked breakfast. Friendly staff and good service.
