8 / 10Eccellente·ott 2025

- [ ] Cosy, homely, beautifully renovated cottage. - [ ] Comfortable beds. - [ ] Well equipped kitchen. - [ ] Good showers. - [ ] Lovely quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. - [ ] Lots to explore locally, super walks from the door. - [ ] Close to Minehead amenities (although village shop and pub are closed). - [ ] Fantastic garden space.

- [ ] Starter logs & kindling would be appreciated. - [ ] Having read reviews about a nice welcome basket, it was disappointing to find it empty! - [ ] The chaise lounge wasn’t very comfortable and would be better replaced with a sofa bed, for more flexible sleeping arrangements. - [ ] A knife sharpener is needed. - [ ] Bathroom extractors weren’t working. - [ ] The coffee machine jug is falling apart.

Beautifully presented, the kitchen was well stocked , the beds comfortable, the back garden received the evening sun, private parking for two cars , very quiet

The rainfall shower heads . Impossible to wash hair and get a decent shower. The sitting room needs more table lamps and reading lamps. The automatic outdoor lights under the back bedroom window
