Not very clean, dirty rug, dirty bed throw, nothing to clean floor with - cupboard open with hoovers, but none worked which is why floor not clean. Rug needs throwing away

Lovely facing setting onto Windermere. Very well presented at first glance. Nice powerful shower. Lovely welcome hamper.
The outside front could be tidier, ie weeds removed, bins hidden, steps and concrete cleaned. Although the apartment looked very clean, the air fryer and toaster looked grubby, the chopping board stained and on our first night we found a cigarette down the side of the sofa, indicating that this probably hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed prior to our arrival. Problematic toilet flush too.
