Questo cottage Chincoteague splendidamente rinnovato con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni è immerso nelle saline in un ambiente naturale sulla baia di Chincoteague. Alcune delle belle caratteristiche includono un molo privato, una nuova cucina ed elettrodomestici, portico e terrazza con schermo sull'acqua e suite privata con camera da letto principale con un lussuoso bagno personalizzato. Le numerose finestre e le porte scorrevoli di grandi dimensioni offrono viste panoramiche sull'acqua da quasi ogni punto della casa. Il primo piano è completamente accessibile alle persone su sedia a rotelle e comprende le zone giorno principali, l'ampia suite matrimoniale (K) con bagno e il secondo bagno completo con doccia / vasca. Al piano superiore la seconda e la terza camera da letto (D / 2T). Se il relax è ciò che stai cercando, non cercare oltre. Questa posizione tranquilla e pacifica in riva al mare delizierà i sensi. Vieni a vedere di persona; non rimarrete delusi!

Stayed here with another couple and our dog to explore the uniqueness of chincoteague while relaxing. Sunsets on the dock were beautiful and the quiet serenity of the area was so relaxing. The place was spacious and clean with wonderful views from 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This is a lovely house in the most beautiful locations on Chincoteague Bay. The layout of the house was perfect for us (grandparents on the bottom floor in the master bedroom, each grandchild and her parents in one of the rooms upstairs), and the house is situated on a lovely lot right on the water with a sturdy dock. We were there for a nor'easter and the closing of the causeway bridge, and although we had water up to and under the house, we felt safe the entire time. We never lost power and the VRBO company stayed in touch we us the entire time. They even sent someone out to check on the septic system because it was under a foot of water (it held up fine).

The mattresses need some serious upgrades. The king size bed does not have a box spring so the mattress sags between the slats of the frame and the bed only sits about a foot off the ground. I have a physical disability and the bed was too low to the ground for me to get up and down. I climbed the stairs each night and slept on the only comfortable mattress I could find. A twin bed for my almost 6 foot frame. Pictures show a sectional sofa in home but the house has two chairs and a love seat that could not have been slept on. Maintenance did place a board under mattress of king bed, but it needs a box spring to be comfortable
