Questa proprietà ha una posizione ricca di servizi. Situato proprio accanto al Memorial Park, puoi sederti sul ponte e goderti la vista sull'acqua mentre i bambini corrono, giocano, skateboard, pesci e granchi. Il primo piano è una stanza aperta composta da cucina, zona pranzo e soggiorno (con divano letto matrimoniale). Troverai anche un bagno completo a questo livello. Il secondo piano offre una camera da letto matrimoniale con un ponte privato che ha una vista illimitata sul canale Assateague. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli e al piano superiore troverete anche un altro bagno completo. Vieni a vedere di persona! This is a lovely place. The inside is comfortable and nicely arranged. It has a great view of the water for the porch sitters, as well as fishing, tennis and more for the people who like activities, so everyone in our family could find something to do when we were at the house. The master bedroom is lovely (have to like light in the morning unless they've since added curtains in addition to the blinds); the second bedroom is small, it has good light blocking. Small quibble. The washer and dryer are right off the main area so there is some noise when they are running.

The house was the perfect space for 3 adults. It was centrally located for all of the things we wanted to do.

Clean, comfortable, quiet rental with water views from the porch. If you’re a fisherman or woman this property offers plenty of dock space within a short walk from your front steps. Or if you’re like me, you can enjoy drinking coffee and watching your family fish from the comfort of the front porch or balcony. We also enjoyed our first fall roundup watching the ponies run across the marsh and then watching them at the coral. What a beautiful site! The beach is a few short minutes away and don’t forget to stop in at the lighthouse on your way in. We (family of 3) would definitely recommend booking here and if you are a larger family rent both units and have the whole house to yourself! Thank you Lea!

Super location and very easy check in. However, it could have been cleaner. (Kitchen floor and bathroom tub needed to be scrubbed.)
