I have stayed in many VRBOs in the US and some outside of the US, this experience has been the most frustrating and annoying of our stays. The property is managed by Marco Naples and they have no office ours on the weekends. They have an emergency number and they define an emergency as A. access to unit, B. water failure, C. Plumbing Failure or D. Air Conditioning failure. We didn't have any of these so I emailed and called the other number. The pool was unswimable and they did not get it serviced until Monday afternoon. Had I not cleaned their pool we would have lost 2 days of use. The recycling was full of trash and over following with magots. The pool area has large unsafe holes and uneven tiles around the pool and the coconut trees by the pool and dock have dozens of coconuts that can cause injury. One dropped but no one was injured. When we check in we expect to be able to call someone to handle issues and fix things like cleaning their pool. I asked for compensation on the phone and via email while we were staying there and after we left and only got the run around from Katelyn and Marco Naples. Drop this property from VRBO and other Marco rentals if they can't provide service to renters over the weekend. I have pictures of everything. Their online pictures conveniently don't include the unsafe pool deck tile damage or full coconut trees. We left the house better than we found it. I ended up taking the magot can out on Thursday since no one came.

We very much enjoyed our stay with family, grandparents and young children. The pool and spa were both a big hit and found to be cleaned and heated to our liking. The location on the canal is beautiful at all times of day and only a 5 minute walk to a private beach is incredible. The public beaches were very crowded compared to what we were able to enjoy at this property. Was nicely equipped with beach chairs and more towels than we could use. We had a slight issue with the AC which was fixed within 24 hours of notification to the management staff. The new Weber grill on the back deck came in use quite often and we had no problems with figuring out the stovetop or ovens. Pots and pans were somewhat sparse but this seems to be a common theme with larger rental homes, we made due with what we had. All the tvs were equipped with smart technology and worked flawlessly. The area itself is very quiet offering all of the privacy that we look for when vacationing with our family. We did venture out to shopping and restaurants at Mercato which is 5 minute drive away as well as Olde town Naples which is 15 minutes. Have already booked the same place for next years spring break. If you want to truly enjoy the Naples Vanderbilt beach area this is your spot.

The location is excellent with easy access to the beach, shopping , golf, and pickleball. The house was in need of a number of repairs we believe in part related to the recent hurricane. The towels and linens were subpar in terms of numbers, cleanliness, and quality . The kitchen was poorly stocked with only one large sauce pan, no frying pans, 2 ovens without instructions on how to use, a malfunctioning cooktop, and minimal silverware (certainly not enough for the expected number of people in a house of this size). There was just tepid (not hot) water upstairs until we adjusted the hot water tank ourselves. The primary TV did not allow access to streaming like Netflix for the majority of our stay until it was corrected by
a handyman. I tried to keep up with the water leak from the pool in an effort to keep the pump from getting damaged. Management was made aware of this issue.

Beautiful home and location. The beach nearby was great. We brought a boat and though it was initially advertised that you could use the lift, it appeared the lift was damaged in the hurricane. Someone was sent out but it was never fixed. We had to tie our boat to the dock. Other than that, the cooktop and oven are not user friendly, so if you are planning to cook in, use the grill. There was one small omelette pan but no other frying pans. Both king beds upstairs were uncomfortable. Bar chairs were dirty as were chairs on patio. Still it is a great location and we had a wonderful time.

We had a great time. Everyone had enough space and we enjoyed just being at the house together. The pool was great! If you want to play games bring your own.

Where do I begin? What looked to be a luxurious home with all the amenities fell short. The second floor felt like a sauna, maintenance came in and had to drain the system. Everyday it downpoured and water came leaking through the dining room and garage ceilings. Management was called but no one was sent until Thursday to acess and then Friday a roofer came and said he would be back on Saturday after we were already gone. I had my 83 year old mom with us and had to worry about her slipping and falling.
The kitchen utensils left a lot to be desired as did the beach chairs that were old and dirty. Beware of the grill, also filthy. Whenever my husband would light it we thought his head was going to get blown off.
The pool jacuzzi was far from hot, warm maybe and the pool guys came once to skim it and add chemicals. The pool was never vacuumed, there was sand all over the bottom from the time we first walked in the door until check out.
This was truly unacceptable!

Perfect location
A 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach! My family enjoyed this beautiful house and it’s perfect location. It is close to everything you need/want for a beautiful vacation. The pool was perfect and we even caught a few fish off the dock.

The house was perfect for our group of 7. The house had all of the amenities that we needed. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The private beach access was at the end of the street and we had the beach to ourselves each day. We would definitely stay here again.

EASTER and HUSBAND’S 70th
We celebrated Easter and my husband’s 70th birthday with family and had a wonderful celebration! We enjoyed cooking a delicious dinner in the awesome kitchen and grilling by the pool. We also had fun at the beach which was just a short walk to the end of the street. We even had a friend come by and pick us up on his boat!
There was plenty of space between outside and indoors for all of us to relax, too.
It was a vacation that created memories we will always cherish.
Hopefully, we can return next year!

We all said it was the most relaxing vacation any of us have ever have. The beach is so close and so beautiful. There are plenty of chairs, umbrellas coolers and beach towels. The pool after the beach is the icing on the cake! You will not be disappointed with this property. Enjoy :)

Fabulous Vacation Home
Outstanding property. Very clean and spacious. Very short walk to beach which is not much further than end of the street. First floor master bedroom is fantastic. Upstairs bedrooms are also very clean with good layout of bathrooms throughout the home.

Beautiful home just as described. Kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook at home. First floor bedroom was to die for with very comfortable mattress. Location was great with just a small walk to the beach access.

We did have a few issues and notified the management team and although they were very responsive, the individuals designated to do the work did not show or call. At the end of the week they did bring in another individual to repair the dock ladder and he did a great job. All in all, this is a beautiful home and gave us a week of shared memories that we will never forget.

We had trouble with stairs . Elevator wasn’t working . They cleaned pool on our last day. Not enough wash cloths. We loved the location and the house.

Great Vacation
This place had it all. 10 minutes walk to the beach, awesome pool and spa, boat lift and dock 20 minutes to the inlet. 3 couples were perfectly comfortable in king beds. Grill and smoker got used a lot. Highly recommended for a luxury vacation.

Great Vacation in Naples
Our family stayed at 239 Channel for a week and we had an amazing vacation. The house was clean, very spacious and checked off all of the boxes of what you might want/need. The beds were super comfy, we used the pool daily, the neighborhood was quiet and safe and the house is a very short walk to the beautiful beach. Overall, we had zero complaints about the property and our stay. We look forward to coming again in the future!

Overall impression of the property was very good. Very clean and location was great. Easy walk to the beach plus a boat dock. Had a few issues with the house and property. Drain for upstairs AC air handler was evidently stopped up. Water was seeping through the ceiling in the downstairs master bedroom and puddling on the floor. Evidently had been a problem for awhile looking at the water damaged crown molding in the master bedroom. Electrical outlets on kitchen island would not work. Breaker would trip when reset. And finally, the boat lift had evidently been left submerged in the water for awhile. Barnacles were all over the boat supports which made it unusable. Great house, just a few things that need attention.

i have to cancel 2 activity outside beacuse the construction make to many noise. The pool is dirty and the spa is not working. I think to much money out for this property.

Vacation stay
Overall a great property for a location in short walking distance to the beach. Two families with 6 children ranging from 5-16 years old. All enjoyed the week. The home was great with all the amenities you could ask for. The only unfortunate issue we had was the on our first day which was Saturday, the fan blade on the pool heater fell right off the motor spindle, sounded like an explosion. Called the emergency line and left a message at 5:30pm, didn’t receive a call until Monday morning. The pool and hot tub were both at around 74 degrees. Fortunately the home owner had a large selection of tools and my brother in law and I are both mechanically inclined and took it upon our selves to make the repair on Saturday afternoon after fully inspecting the situation. Had the hot and pool upto temperature within a few hours. When I finally talked to the office on Monday, I specifically told the person on the phone that we made the repair bit would like to have the pool people come by and just make sure everything was ok. When they finally showed up on Friday afternoon, the day before our departure, they told us “we just got the call”. Everything checked out ok, not that I had any doubts. The only other issue was that the refrigerator would not cool down after the first day in the morning I inspected the condenser on the top of unit and it was completely covered with a blanket of fuz and debris. Shut the refrigerator down and vacuumed thoroughly. Restarted it and voila the temperature started to drop immediately.
Minor issues. Overall would highly recommend to anyone and hopefully will be back in the future.
