Great place to stay. Easy walk to Sanford. Can’t wait to go back. Go Dawgs.

In our second stay with this property host, it confirmed we will stay here again.

I am hesitant to leave such a great review only because I would love to keep this gem all to myself. I’m always nervous about going to new places because I really love to walk. Like love to walk. I was so pleasantly surprised to find this property very very walkable. Especially during the day. The campus is actually maybe a 15 minute walk through a cemetery that has an entrance right by the property. Even my college daughter said this is one of the most beautiful walks she’d ever done. It was fun also to read the tombstones of all the people that made Athens what it is today. The Riverway Trail is a very short distance from the property as well that also leads to the campus and to downtown. It’s actually a great jog if you’re into that kind of thing. I only gave four stars on check-in because you do need to access an app once you are originally lead into the property and I’m currently locked out of my password so I can’t upload new apps. But really I don’t think this is very difficult if you’re a normal human being! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful so it’s a nice reprieve from the hustle and bustle of a busy downtown. Plenty of parking too, which is super nice. The host was more than responsive and I greatly appreciate that.

Great stay overall. The place was really cute, clean, and comfortable. The beds were especially comfy, which made it easy to relax after long days out. The property had everything we needed, and the host provided plenty of extra disposables and essentials, which we appreciated. Allison was also great with communication. She responded promptly to messages and was very helpful and kind throughout the stay. The location was convenient and made it easy to access everything we needed during our stay. The only small downside was that the pool and hot tub were closed for the winter while we were there, even though the listing mentioned access to them. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, but it’s something future guests may want to confirm depending on the season.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!
