Questa proprietà appartiene alla stessa famiglia da soli 50 anni, quindi qui c'è molta storia! La tradizione familiare quasi imponeva che i figli seguissero le orme di papà e fossero costruttori. Usando questa esperienza, e posso assicurarti che il lavoro è magistrale, hanno appena completato un importante aggiornamento e ristrutturazione della casa. Le immagini raccontano la storia. Nessuna spesa è stata risparmiata e la casa è allestita per le famiglie per godersi un soggiorno con una vista eccellente sul lago Okareka, il boatramp a pochi metri di distanza e la location per matrimoni della Longford Farm a circa un k circa lungo la strada. Il tradizionale nome VOGELENZANG in olandese significa Birdsong!

Great homely holiday house with everything you could need. Great amenities and beautiful location right across from the lake. The only warning i would give parents with young ones is becareful of the glass doors. We had 3 little ones run straight in to them and hurt themselves because there is no safety stickers on them and they are super clear. I'd recommend this place for a nice family getaway.

A charming, accommodating place to stay - it had everything we needed for a large group. Incredibly close to the lake, and a short trip into Rotorua. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

One room, two centuries
Can't fault the location, but the house was strange. Partially renovated but the living/dining was still original and not in a good way. It was very dark and not very welcoming. Would probably stay again though just because of the location.

This house has the most amazing view and if you want to get away for some R & R, it's the perfect spot. The kitchen and two bathrooms are designed for a large group and work very well. Our only difficulty was not having a phone number to ring while we were there. The air conditioner was difficult to work and it would have helped to be able to ask someone about it.

The property is located right across the lake and jetty, it couldn't be more convenient. The renovated kitchen and baths are great. Nice porch and outdoor area.

Excellent location across the road from the boat ramp. Older house but nice modern kitchen and bathrooms. Rubbish bin and recycling hadn't been put out for some time but overall a very pleasant stay. Host good to deal with.

We had a great stay. The location is beautiful, so quiet and you basically have the whole lake to yourself.
The house feels so homely and with the configuration of the beds it’s really comfortable for families.

Lovely spot
We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed and a beautiful view as well! Loved having my morning coffee looking out over the lake. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds.

Beautiful setting for a family holiday pre Christmas. House is well located in relation to boat ramp and lake. Lovely bathrooms and kitchen made for a very enjoyable stay. House is well equipped.

Just what we needed. Was the best Bach we’ve stayed at. Warm and cozy on the rainy days and couldn’t have asked for better.
