We had a wonderful time at the Bass Lake Cabin. The cabin was very neat and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The cabin was a short drive to Bass Lake, which made it very convenient. Thank-you for sharing your cabin with us.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was a great location and the cabin was great. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The cabin is really nicely decorated, very clean, and extremely well stocked, especially the kitchen and the play area upstairs. We played a lot of board games and spent a lot of time at the foosball table. We also enjoyed the wood stove. Bass lake is a very short drive away. The hosts were really great and easy to reach. I highly recommend this property.

The property was very clean and well maintained. It was very easy to communicate with the owners. The location of the property is very close to Bass Lake. We had an amazing time staying at the Balsam Cabin for Labor Day Weekend 2022 and we are planning to go back to the cabin for 2023.

We stayed at this fantastic spot during our vacation to visit Yosemite. The home was just as described, and the hosts were helpful, timely and provided the perfect vacation haven.

Super clean! Feel very comfortable use the bathroom, kitchen, and bed. We had so much fun with the Foosball.

Booked last minute to meet other family who were staying at Bass Lake. The home was clean and comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of all the amenities the home had to offer because we were at the lake all day but we definitely appreciated the central air conditioning! The home is close to a market if you forget anything and it’s about a 15 minute drive to the Bass Lake Boat Rental.

Great location. Only 2 miles from Bass Lake. Hosts were wonderful and checked on us when we were there. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Will be back again!

Balsam cabin was super perfect for my family. Owners made the stay for us perfect from beginning to end - very responsive. Cabin was close enough to Bass Lake, surrounding area was peaceful & quiet, had all the amenities needed for our entire stay - recommend for anyone wanting to relax & enjoy nature. 5 star rating!!!!

Our home away from home!
I just love the Balsam cabin! My #1 choice when visiting the area. I have stayed several times as it is the perfect place for a getaway with family or friends. It is always clean and accommodating and the owners are fantastic! The cabin is adorable and meets all our needs. The location is close to Bass Lake and Yosemite, making it the perfect vacation spot. I would recommend the Balsam cabin to anyone looking for the perfect home away from home!

We just love the Balsam cabin! It truly feels like a home away from home. My daughter loved it and was able to experience snow for the first time. The cabin has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The owners are incredibly thoughtful and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

We spent 3 full days on Bass Lake and this home is just 5 minutes or so from the lake. Owners we happened to meet at the property because we got there a little early and they were very cool and inviting. The home was better than we expected actually - clean - remodeled - just nice. Had everything we would need. Great experience.

This was an amazing weekend. The cabin was so nice, very clean with everything you will need. A very quick drive to Bass Lake, but very busy on a holiday weekend. My only complaint is the small trash can outside. It was very hard to squeeze all our garbage from a 3 night stay and there were only 2 extra bags. Other than that, an amazing vacation. Would love to go back.

This was an amazing weekend. The cabin was so nice, very clean with everything you will need. A very quick drive to Bass Lake, but very busy on a holiday weekend. My only complaint is the small trash can outside. It was very hard to squeeze all our garbage from a 3 night stay and there were only 2 extra bags. Other than that, an amazing vacation. Would love to go back.

Very spacious for our family and great patio deck surrounding the whole house that my little one enjoyed running around and felt safe it was enclosed. 2 very comfortable beds and rooms with all amenities. Was able to cook breakfast and dinner with no problems as it has everything you need. Location 5 minutes or less to Bass lake which we enjoyed exploring and fishing on and 30 minute drive from goat meadow snow play area where we enjoyed whole morning. Hosts were attentive since before we arrived and appreciate their access. Recommend this great home to anyone seeking ti relax and enjoy their time at Bass lake or yosemite.

Cabin was clean and well cared for (had the "cabin feel" we were looking for) and the outdoor space was nice. Screened in back porch for outdoor meals is great for bug-free dining. The kitchen was nice, but we felt it could use a few more basics like additional glasses, dishes, cutting boards, and so forth. There were just enough dishes for a meal for 6, but if you needed an extra plate or cutting board for something it was noticeable. That is just a very minor issue since we did a lot of eating in, but I am guessing the attentive owners will address this before the next guest. Highly recommend the property!

Very Nice Property
I rented this cabin for my daughter and grandson. It's a great place to stay. Other than the smoke from the recent fires in the area it was a perfect location. The lake was smaller than I expected but very pretty. We enjoyed our stay. I recommend this property.

What an incredible place! It exceeded my expectations. The cabin was exactly as described. It was super clean and cozy, in a quiet neighborhood, had an awesome deck and was close to Bass Lake. We appreciated all of the little details, such as a cute little welcome basket, games and Smart TV apps. We will definitely be booking again!

The property was very nice and modern and clean.
Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great.
Short drive to the lake and close to Oakhurst.

Balsam Cabin!
We booked a last minute vacation to Balsam Cabin and we couldn’t have been more happy! I have an obsession with A-frames so it was perfect! 5 min drive to the water and we LOVED the little waffle maker! It made our mornings! Will definitely book again!
