Very central and convenient for sightseeing.
Very nice large room. Separate toilet/shower room which was very clean and convenient.
Good breakfast.
All very nice.

The accommodation is in the city centre, perfectly located. All monuments of Palermo old town are 10 mins walk maximum.
The apartment was very clean and the breakfast was valued for the money.
The balcony was too small, and we were told not to smoke on the balcony which was not mentioned in the rules. Also, we were charged additional 30 EUR for late check-in which was also nowhere mentioned in the booking rules.

Good location, spacious room, and the air conditioning worked properly. The host proactively offered a room upgrade to make sure the WiFi worked.
Staff shouting to each other from room to room early in the morning, which woke us up around 8am. We were initially asked to pay €5 to store our luggage, although eventually waived when we explained it was only for one hour.
