Amazing stay, amazing hosts, and just an amazing place! We got to enjoy a family vacation. This home had everything we needed for our stay, super comfortable beds, and a BEAUTIFUL view! We will DEFINITELY be back :)

All the details such as special soaps, stacks of towels, and mood lighting on the deck make this the most intriguing and well-stocked vacation home we have ever stayed at. The lovely gigantic master bathroom with a water closet is the largest bathroom we have ever used. The jaw-dropping linen closets we found towards the end of our stay--so don't miss them! Kayaking in the lake was fun for everyone and the lake views from most of the rooms and the deck were pretty and entertaining. The very large dining room table is ideal for playing board games with many pieces and cards, as well as for family dining, and it was always in use.
With so many fine amenities, we had a fabulous week, and highly-recommend this extraordinary home!

We are 4 couples that like to get away for a long weekend. None of us had been to Hot Springs and it was an easy drive from Dallas. The house is as beautiful as the pictures. It was clean and comfortable and we did not have any issues with anything. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely. Loved having an ice maker and wine cooler in the bar. We ate most meals at the house so were very happy with how well stocked the kitchen was with everything needed to cook. We ate all our meals in the dining room at the big beautiful table. We also loved sitting on the patio chatting, drinking, eating and enjoying the view. The living area was roomy and comfortable to sit and rehash the day--the Baths--the JazzFest--the Lawn Concert--Shopping the Shops--The Gallery Walk--The National Park--Anthony Chapel, etc. Hot Springs area is beautiful. Everyone we talked to was so friendly. We laughed a lot, talked a lot, and had a wonderful stay at Sunset Bay. Our primary communication was with Joey who was always responsive to any of our questions. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO homes over the years and this house is definitely at the top of the list.

The lake home is quite lovely. The hosts are kind and responsive. The house is spacious for a large group with all the amenities to make the stay comfortable. The back yard has plenty of room to play along with easy access to the lake for swimming, paddle boarding, and other water activities. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but in close proximity to shopping and downtown. Highly recommend staying here for when visiting Hot springs!

We enjoyed our stay. 15 family members in all. The house is very spacious and clean. Able to enjoy the backyard as well as swimming off dock using our floats. Brought our own kayak to fish. Was able to rent a boat for several days. The boat was delivered to the house and we used the extra boat slip to store the rental overnight. Would highly recommend staying here.

This house was great for all 14 of us! We all comment on the quietness and how clean the house was! It was easy to get to and from the different parts of Hot Springs. We even enjoyed putting together 2 of the 1000-piece jigsaw puzzles you have to choose from. Thankful for the family time, all the laughter and memories to carry with us for a lifetime!

The Sunset Bay home was perfect for our large family. It is beautifully and comfortably furnished, and the kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and dining at home. We had a wonderful time swimming and floating in the quiet cove just outside, and the views from the home are fabulous! We would love to return to Sunset Bay! We had a wonderful family vacation with three generations staying together in this beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked and there were also some spices available. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of hot water. We appreciated the extra touch of having books and games available for our use. Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved our family time together at Sunset Bay. The house was spacious, clean and very well appointed. The cookware was high quality and we had everything we needed. The artwork throughout the house was beautiful. Even the lamps were unique and pleasing. We spent some time in Hot Springs (the bathhouse museum was facinating) hiked in the state park and Garvan Woodland Gardens. We rented a pontoon one day and spent time floating on the lake in our rafts everyday. What a special place and time for us to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our children and grandkids.

The house was great! It was spacious, well maintained and well stocked. The back deck was a great gathering place in a quiet cove on the lake. A well maintained fence along the lake allowed our young children to play outside in the spacious back yard. The available boat slip worked great for allowing us to rent a boat and access the boat safely. Overall we were extremely pleased with this house.

My friend group of 13 goes to Hot Springs every year and this house was by far and away my favorite!! It was so spacious, beautiful location and very accommodating!! The owners was very informative and welcoming!!! Great experience! This will probably be our location when we return in years to come!!

This place is GREAT! We had 14 adults in our group, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the common areas where we were able to spread out and visit with one another. The kitchen is stocked with quality items, and the beds were really comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We had a really nice stay with my siblings, parents, spouses, and kids. We came to Hot Springs as kids and gathered here as adults.
The house was great for a big group-plenty of room. It’s a little away from the busyness of downtown which was nice at this time of year. Would highly recommend!

We THOROUGHLY enjoyed this property. Decor was lovely, easy access to surrounding areas, excellent swim spot off of dock, CLEAN!! We loved it - my family’s age ranges from 63 all the way to a 1 year old. It was perfect. We are already planning our next stay :)

Family Vacation
Great vacation for a big family. House amenities were more than we expected!! Outdoor and view were amazing. We loved the swim platform for relaxing in the afternoons in the water, not many boats in the cove. We will definitely be back!!

Introduction to Hot Springs
We could not have asked for better accommodation or a better property manager! It was truly a Triple A experience. The lake was clean and the temperature great. We floated and swam daily. We all would highly recommend Sunset Bay to anyone inquiring. We are thankful for our family time we shared at Lake Hamilton.

Great home for multi-family get togethers. House was well stocked for cooking, etc. Very spacious. Kids able to sleep/nap while adults entertained ourselves in the main areas. Accessible dock for fishing, etc. Easy access to town. Great communication with owners. Excellent find.

The patio and views were lovely, the bedrooms gave privacy for everyone and the kitchen/dining room was well equipped. We had people working, others preparing for the wedding and others just needing to sleep. All worked, including the parking! The boys even swam!
