Beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee home with private beach and 60 foot dock
Bella casa sul lungomare situata nella ricercata comunità Suissevale del lago Winnipesaukee. Questa spettacolare casa di 4.000 piedi quadrati dispone di 6 camere da letto e 4 1/2 bagni con vista mozzafiato sul lago da ogni stanza. Una cucina gourmet luminosa e soleggiata è ben attrezzata con isola centrale, doppi forni, forno riscaldante, ecc. Il tavolo della sala da pranzo può ospitare 8-10. La master suite privata ha un ampio bagno con doppio lavandino e vasca idromassaggio. Ci sono 2 zone giorno, un'altra camera da letto al 1 ° piano e una grande camera da letto con soggiorno e bagno al piano inferiore. Ha una bella veranda riparata con tavolo per 8-10 posti a sedere.

We had a wonderful week at this property. The owners were very helpful and responsive. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The property was idyllic and provided the perfect place our family vacation. We hope to return someday.

This home was perfect for our multi-generational family of 10 with ages ranging 6 to 77 years. The view is amazing with a long look down the lake from the protected cove. All the bedroom were very spacious and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was well-stocked and the the grill and firepit area off the kitchen was a great place to enjoy an evening chat. The side yard was perfect for games. The house has great air conditioning - which was so appreciated during our very hot week. The kids would go to the basement as they woke in the morning and it was the most soundproof area possible so the adults could sleep in. We brought our boat and the dock was easy and rock-free.

My sisters, our spouses, and my 85-year-old mother (9 of us) stayed at Phil and Margie's beautiful home for a week. The place is lovely, right on the water, with a big screened porch where we spent a lot of time. We didn't use all of the bedrooms, but the first floor bedroom and bathroom was perfect for my mom. She only had to navigate a couple of stairs to get in and out of the house. Our grown children and their spouses came over during the day and enjoyed the dock, beach, kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard. They also played pickleball at the courts in the community. The location is great, near Castle in the Clouds, Meredith, and Wolfeboro. The owners stayed with family right nearby and were responsive and incredibly nice. We would definitely stay there again.
